Wife & I with dog spent 25 days getting away from late Midwest winter. Cozy place. Convenient to grocery shopping and places to dine. Short drive to Mesa.
Property needs a little TLC, but it was perfect for our needs. Owner was very flexible in accommodating us.
We would highly recommend others.
Nice to find pet friendly accommodation
Cam down from Minnesota to help my mom after surgery and this was perfect. Close to my mom and for just my wife and I, plenty of room. Its a park model but with an added bedroom which is huge. Kitchen is a little tight but that was ok. Will definitely book again next time I go back.
We had a very enjoyable stay in DeAnnâa Apache Junction home. It is a really nice place close to the Superstition Mountains and Mesa. Apache Junction itself is a fun place to stay. We would definitely return!

For a little house it had everything!! Super comfortable king size bed, stocked kitchen, (a bonus that we didnât need to buy condiments), cozy tv and dining area and laundry!! Also a huge front porch and lots of parking (required by us since we were towing a large boat with large truck). Definitely better then any hotel. Area was nice and quiet and secure. Owner was super quick on replies and very friendly. We needed a place for couple days on our way to Mexico and this was perfect. I would definitely consider a longer stay. Great location close to groceries, restaurants and freeway. We do significant travel and have rented many houses and this one was perfect. Five stars
I had a great time at this house that reminded me of a modular trailer, itâs in a quiet neighborhood, you can see some mountains from the backyard, close to Goldfield gold mine town, and Elvis Presleyâs chapel which is in old Dutchmanâs museum both which is off Apache junction rd. The science museum was fun as well if you have kids they would enjoy that, doblins point which is in Tempe was a great mountain to go up to the top to get great sunsets and rises although I would suggest not go there in the first Sunday of each month because itâs a rest day for the mountain. Itâs only open for hikers, bikers, walkers. Bring lots of water to camel back mountain if you decide to be brave enough to walk up it. Itâs very steep mountain. Thatâs in Scottsdale, there are little shops called old Scottsdale shops which looked very fun to walk though. The music instrument museum was a great place to go they have instruments from all over the world. Everything is expensive so try to find coupons or get tickets off line. The OdySea aquarium was fun as well.

Quite little hide away
Enjoyed our stay very much! Very quite. When you need place to get away and not hear city noise! Just right for 2....
Close to shopping, trails, hiking, or just checking out area close by. WE loved the Apache Trail drive..pretty amazing. Photo shots everywhere! We would do again!
This is such a comfortable and cozy place to relax and stay while here visiting! Deann is an amazing hostess. She is very responsive to any questions and has provided everything you would need for your stay. We highly recommend the little house on the prairie and will definitely stay again! Donât pass this one up!
Nice comfortable place to stay. Enjoyed the outdoors on the porch. Very close to all our mountain bike and hiking adventures. Will stay again in the future.
Very comfortable, loved the patio and nice to have washer and dryer. Walked our dog every day and neighbors very nice. Deann made our visit feel like home
Great little place to stay definitely would come back
Amazing one bedroom home my wife and I felt like we just walked into our own vacation rental everything was supplied for us and we couldn't say more about the owner she had set this place up perfectly would definitely come back and stay again. Where you kept well kept up clean and she even had extras like safety pins and stuff that you don't normally think of when you're on vacation.
This Apache Junction rental was cozy and comfortable.
It was like home away from home. The porch was an added bonus. Was nice to sit out in the morning and enjoy our coffee and beautiful weather.
Owner very helpful and response was quick. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Huge front porch. Only reason I rated 4 star was limited view of the mountain. Very quiet. Loved watching folks coming down the road on their horses!
Little house on the prairie was just what the doctor ordered!! Deann, the property owner, was warm, friendly and very welcoming. My husband and I spent four days there and it honestly felt like home...we'd spend the day hiking or something and say "well, let's go home". Deann certainty thought of every thing you could possibly need or want! Lots of nice little touchesđ. We absolutely recommend this property....in a heart beat!! Tami and Ron
