- Blue Sky opened a ski locker business on the main floor. As a guest of this unit, you have full access to one locker that fits equipment for four. Blue Sky is carpeted; it has a free coffee bar, changing rooms, bathrooms, TVs, games, and a patio. Work directly with Blue Sky if you want to ship your equipment.
- The Riverfront Express Gondola, less than a 3-minute walk, gives you quick access to Beaver Creek and Arrowhead
- A complimentary shuttle service to main Beaver Creek if you prefer to start or end your day on that part of the mountain.
- The main bus terminal for Vail Valley (Avon) - where you can catch a free bus to Vail (8-10 minute ride) - is literally on the side of the building.
- Walk or take a free shuttle or bus to dozens of restaurants and bars.
- A recreation center with a sauna, steam room, whirlpool, full pool, kids water park, weight room, stretch zone, and large, clean dressing rooms. They do punch cards for those on short stays.
- There is a masseur located in Blue Sky, but dozens are within a short walk.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
