Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
â€There are two designated parking areas: one in the rear with a covered space and the other along the street in front, starting after the loading zone. Parking in any other area is prohibited.

With a friendly atmosphere and easy access to local attractions, shopping, and entertainment, this neighborhood is the perfect place to enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay whether you're here for adventure or relaxation.
Car: Easily accessible by car with convenient parking options. Explore nearby attractions and amenities at your own pace.
Public Transit: Reliable local bus routes serve the area, providing easy access to downtown Scottsdale and surrounding neighborhoods.
Biking: Enjoy the scenic bike paths and bike-friendly streets in the neighborhood, perfect for a leisurely ride or quick trips around town.
Walking: Many local shops, restaurants, and parks are within walking distance, allowing for a pleasant stroll to explore the area.
Rideshare: Services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, offering a convenient option for travel to various destinations within and beyond Scottsdale.
†My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals â folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.
†Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
†Please keep in mind that the guests donât have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and Iâm not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.
Please take a moment to go over my booking policies and confirm your understanding. Be sure to send a message indicating you have read and agree to the rules.
1. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odor removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so I can effectively prepare for the next guests.
6. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $25 charge per each additional half-hour stay.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.
9. Any extension requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled checkout time will incur a $50 fee.
