First, regarding the gym and washer/dryer: when our listing first launched, those amenities were included as default settings and were not yet fully updated. We understand how important these features can be when choosing a place to stay, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion. We did communicate at the beginning of your stay what was available and what was not, but we understand that this was still disappointing. We are actively working on infrastructure updates so that a washer and dryer can eventually be added within the unit itself. At present, the laundry option we offered is located just adjacent to the property due to space limitations within the home. We understand that this arrangement may not suit everyone’s preferences, and we appreciate your perspective. Regarding the exterior photo you shared: the image was taken on local trash collection day, when bins are placed out and, at times, debris can be blown around by wind. This is a temporary situation that does not reflect the typical condition of the property or neighborhood, nor the experience most of our guests have had during their stays. We’re glad to hear you found the bed comfortable and enjoyed the shower, guest comfort is very important to us. As for the lamp, we appreciate your understanding in resolving that matter. We take guest feedback seriously and are continually working to improve both the accuracy of our listing and the experience we provide.
