Vue fantastique sur l'océan. Une chambre + 1. 5 salles de bains. Entièrement meublé. Dans les gaviotas rosarito beach baja cal. Il y a une communauté surveillée 24 heures sur 24 et nous avons une piscine, un jacuzzi, un court de tennis, une aire de jeux. Une communauté privée très bien gardée. Idéal pour le surf ou la détente.
Cette unité a récemment été rénovée. A une grande télévision à écran plat. et beaucoup plus. Venez vous détendre dans la communauté de Las Gaviotas. Il est très proche de Puerto Nuevo. À quelques minutes du centre-ville. Il y a plusieurs restaurants à distance de marche du condo.

Hubby and I went on a mini vacation and really enjoyed ourselves in this beautiful one-bedroom home. We had a nice ocean view from the balcony and took daily walks along the beach. The check-in process was smooth, making it a great place to stay!

Las Gaviotas is the gem of northern baja, perfect for couples, friend trips, or families. Rick's place was super clean, had very fast internet for the area (80mbps speeds) and comfortable. Will 100% be going back.

The home was wonderful. However the communication with the owner was a bit frustrating. We also didn't like having such a late check-in.

i usually try to respond promptly. i dont recall any calls or text from you . regarding late check in ., its a trade off for a late check out at noon. then we need a few hours to make sure the condo is nice and tidy . we dont want to rush and miss something. please let me know what was the issue .

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. Your place had everything we needed to make our visit comfortable and the ocean view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. We had a great time at the beach and in the jacuzzi. Our morning walks were so very nice. Los Gaviotas is a beautiful place, very clean and safe. Looking forward to returning next year with our boys so they can take advantage of the waves. Thanks Rick for everything.

Great spot to relax in Las Gaviotas

This apartment is in a nice location not far from the beach access in the community. The host was responsive when needed. Although check in was later than I would have liked, it was smooth. The place has all the necessary basics and is tastefully decorated. It’s also near some great restaurants and there are nice views from the balcony. I would recommend it to a friend due to its low price and location. Thanks!

We enjoyed the unit. However, it isn't prepared for people who want to cook some of their own meals. No storage bags, no napkins, no coffee filters, no extra bags for trash. Only if you want to do any cooking, otherwise, it is great as a hotel room.

Clean and safe

Overall location was excellent. Community and property are clean and safe. There are a number of great restaurants a short drive away, but you are not in the middle of the loud tourist area, which is nice. While extremely clean, the property itself is dated. The bedding is definitely older and soft - but again extremely clean. Due to the climate we recommend airing out with open windows to get fresh air circulating before guests stay here (that is normal for this area) and then checking things like batteries for remotes (we were not able to use the living room fan due to a dead remote battery). The property had everything we could need. Make sure you follow the directions provided in advance (including printing out the gate pass) and also to note that the property is actually on the second floor up a flight of stairs. The balcony has a great view and is relaxing.

The stay that never happened

Basically the host reached out to me 20 minutes before I was supposed to check in and then had informed me that I needed to print something out. He knew that I was in another country and it was very difficult for me to go find somewhere to print especially in a Third World country. I had reached out to him a month earlier and he had never responded back to me or anything like that. We were left stranded and luckily we met someone else down there who helped us find another place to rent. I would not recommend this host ever

all tenants get sent the lock box codes and gate pass to print out immediately upon they reserve the unit. it is very common that guests wait until they get to the gate to look at the reservation instruction . this guest was sent but failed to read the instructions and showed up at the unit without the required gates pass. i also text all my guests to make sure they are on the look out for the gate pass and lock box codes along with other info like the gps , line and wifi codes. i do know that my guests come from all over the world and i try to inform them promptly. i also travel to different parts of the usa and south america so i dont wait until i get the the vrbo condo to ask how to get in like this guest. sorry if you have a bad experience , most likely your fault . i have been a host for over 20 years with good reviews .

Nice place, would stay here again.

My girlfriend and I stayed here 4 nights and this place was perfect. The unit was newly renovated and advertised accurately, no surprises at all. We prepared most of our meals in the kitchen and it had everything we needed. The view was a bit obstructed but that was no surprise, however the sunsets and easy walk to the beach definitely made up for that. We mostly came for the waves and there was outdoor board storage that was completely safe, we stored 3 boards on the side of the house with no issues. I would stay here again and I would recommend to others.

Perfect weekend vacation

We loved our stay! It was very clean and comfortable. Incredible location. Overall, 4/5 rating - I would say the only complaint was that we couldn’t check in until 5:00pm and it was already dark. It would’ve been so nice if we could have at least checked in at 3:00 so we could bring our bags in and change before going and watching the sunset on the beach. But overall, I would recommend this Vrbo!
