Overall we enjoyed ouy stay. It is cozy. We had 6 adults but we didn't spend a lot of time at the cabin. If we had, it might have felt a little cramped. There was a critter visiting between the 2 floors that liked to play at night and would wake us up scurrying across the ceiling. The visiting critter is not a reflection of the cleanliness of the cabin - just a result of being in the mountains. It would be nice to have 1 or 2 coffee filters provided or a note of what kind is needed (cone shaped) so that when you arrive late at night you can at least have some coffee in the morning.đâïž
The arrangement of the cabin is nice with 3 master bedrooms with a bath in each.
The floor plan of the cabin is great with 3 master bedrooms with private baths. However the property is very outdated and worn. THe couch has a tear in it, the quilts on the beds are very worn and ragged and the sheets need replacing. The carpet is very worn and needs a good cleaning or better yet replaced. One of the shower curtain liners has mold on it. The location is at the top of the mountain with a great view out the back deck , but it is a very winding road to get there. Also additional covers need to be supplied.
Auntie Belham rentals were very nice to work with, friendly and helpful.
The location to go to Pigeon Forge/Dollywood was very convenient. The road up to the cabin was a little intimidating and we had a little trouble finding the cabin using Google Maps. The cabin had 3 very large bedrooms with bathrooms in each. We loved all the space. The cabin is a bit dated, but clean.
Cabin was very outdated
Kitchen chair was broke
Couldnât check in till 4:30
Smelled like cigarette smoke, cigarette ashes all over decks.
TVs were tiny, no WIFI.
However, the company did offer free attractions passes due to our complaints.
