Fully Equipped Kitchen: Stainless-steel appliances, a breakfast nook, a bar area, and all the tools you need to cook and entertain, including a blender, Keurig coffee maker, and a regular coffee machine.
Dining: The formal dining area seats 6, perfect for sharing meals and laughter.
Bathrooms: Master bathroom with walk-in shower, his and hers vanities. Guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

There is parking in the driveway for 4 cars, and you are also welcomed to use the garage to park.
We manage this beautiful vacation home for the owners and are available by phone or text during your stay. There will be a comprehensive house manual at the property as well as online and we will send your check in details and directions the day before your arrival date.

PLEASE NOTE:
• We want you to have the best vacation experience and want to ensure that the house is right for your needs. If you request to book, we will be in touch to ask a little about your vacation plans prior to approving your booking request.
• This is a no smoking home; no smoking is allowed anywhere on the campus to include the outdoor space.
• Minimum age requirement to rent this home is 25 and renter must be present for the entire stay
• This home does NOT allow pets.
PLEASE READ THROUGH THE RULES AND REGULATIONS BEFORE BOOKING TO ENSURE A TROUBLE-FREE VACATION FOR A
1) The minimum age required to book this unit is 25 and that person MUST be staying at the property for the duration of the booking.
2) The maximum number of guests allowed for occupancy is 8. You will be asked to leave immediately, and no refunds given, if management determines that bookings have been made under false pretenses, guests are underage, or guest numbers exceed ten.
3) Our goal is that you have an excellent stay, and we strive to provide the house in top condition for you. Please notify the property manager upon arrival if anything appears damaged, needs repair, or cleaning. We will assume that everything is in good condition if we do not hear from you within 24 hours.
4) No smoking or vaping on the premises or inside. Violation of this rule will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.
5) Please do not set the AC below 73 degrees as this may cause freeze-up and loss of cooling. The thermostat should be set at 77 degrees when you arrive and set to Auto. Please always leave on Auto, but feel free to lower the temperature. Please make sure to keep all windows and doors shut when the AC is running to maintain maximum efficiency and to ensure that the unit does not burn out.
6) Pets. No pets are allowed on the premises.
7) This home is in a residential neighborhood and we kindly ask that you respect the neighbors and community as a whole and keep noise to a minimum after 9 pm.
8) The maximum number of cars allowed to park on the property is 5.
9) We understand that accidents do happen. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately so we may assess and notify you of any replacement/repair charges if applicable. This also allows us time to repair/replace before the next guests arrive.
