This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is a cozy spot for your family's summer vacation. With a well-stocked spacious kitchen and bar, living room with fireplace, cozy bedrooms, and fully-equipped laundry area, you'll have everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Bedroom  3 (2nd Floor Bedroom): Two twin beds and queen air mattress.  Fun, low-angled ceiling, perfect for kids or shorter guests with its own private bathroom and small shower.  Teenagers love this room due to its privacy from the rest of the house.  Younger kids enjoy the fort-style closets/nooks in this room.  Stocked with tv for kids and teenagers to watch their own programs or hook up their video game consoles, toys, and books to keep younger ones entertained.

Bathroom 1: Has a full bath for bath time with the little ones on the main floor. There is a hair dryer underneath the sink and all of your towels and extra linens in the bathroom in the corner shelf.

Bathroom 2: On second floor with low angled ceiling with small shower.

Office: Located off the living room near the stairway is a home office space.

Living Room: 65” smart tv with soundbar and subwoofer for extra fun movie nights!  Reclining sectional with built-in charging stations and cupholders for an elite home theater experience.  Fireplace has a remote insert if you’d like the ambiance of a cozy fire without the heat, can also opt for heat if it’s a cold night.  You’ll find a selection of board games on the shelf along with some books.

Kitchen: Full chef dream kitchen with propane range, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, air fryer, toaster, pressure cooker and slow cooker. Tons of dishware, blender, lobster/crab shell crackers, silverware, and all the pots, pans, and accessories you’ll need to make any home cooked meal!

Outdoor Space: Extra-large backyard with grill, fire pit, cornhole, horseshoes, and gardens.  For our summer guests you can access storage shed where you will find all your beach going necessities from a beach cart to towels, toys, coolers and chairs.

Wi-Fi: Stay connected throughout the house.

Guest access: You will have access to the entire place except the basement apartment which is locked off from the main house and sometimes used by owner via its own private entrance out back.
