This luxury condo boasts a modern feel just been fully refurbished in May 2023 with our guest's needs in mind. Your one-bedroom condo with a king-size bed is located in the historic Peachtree Towers. Every single aspect of the space is updated to feature the best of modernity and accessibility. The Space:
You'll have the best of Atlanta's nightlife at your fingertips (Speakeasy, Opium, Royal Peacock, and easy airport access). We are also right next to Americas Mart, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Georgia Worlds Congress center, MARTA, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coke, State Farm Arena & much more!

The royal standard awaits you: the king -size bed, fully - equipped bathroom, a fully-stocked kitchen, a large flat-screen TV with cable, and a queen-automatically inflated airbed for a 3rd guest. Fresh quality linens and towels are without question. What’s more is the balcony patio, allowing you to soak in the effervescence of the city. We provide easy instructions for accessing the property and help with anything you need during your stay! We are available if any issues should arise.

Guest Access:
You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home.
Check-in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hour concierge that will great you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please be sure to bring a valid ID. Please notify us if the guest checking is not the individual who booked the room. The concierge will verify that the guest checking in matches the name on the reservation and direct you to your room. You will be provided with a digital door code in the instructions to access your condo. A key fob will be located in the condo for easy entry to the building for the remainder of your stay.

Getting Around:
This condo has some of the best mobility in the city: the MARTA station just two blocks down the street and provides quick access to the rest of the city and the airport. From the door of the apartment, it takes 30 minutes to make it to the Atlanta Airport via MARTA.Easy access to the airport and major roadways, walking distance to public transportation (MARTA). “MARTA On The Go” puts the entire MARTA transit system in the palm of your hand, giving you access to real-time bus and rail schedules and the latest MARTA system updates.

Running an errand across town or exploring the city far from home, getting there should be easy. Learn how to ride with the Uber app.

Riding with Lyft costs less than a taxi, which makes getting around wallet friendly. Our drivers are always nearby, so you can get picked up, on demand, in minutes. Count on Lyft to get you around cities big and small.

Other Things to Note:
HEATING AND AIR: This old system uses a boiler/chiller to push hot or cold water to a fan coil inside an exchange unit in the condo. The exchange unit blows hot or cold air off of the fan coil into the room. An exchange unit is located below the windows in every room. The plates on top of the exchange unit can be flipped up to regulate the hot or cold air fan speed. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air. When it is unseasonably hot or cold fans or space heaters can be provided upon request.
WASHER AND DRYER: ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.
ANIMALS: are not allowed, per HOA
PARKING: Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.

Interaction with Guests:
Instructions for check-in will be sent to you once the reservation is confirmed, and from there, we will walk you through the process made easy and simple for your greatest convenience. A concierge is available 24/7 at the front entrance of the building, so late check-in is just fine! You will enter the property first through here! The condo can be accessed using a keyless code entry system, so don't worry..Relax, especially if you traveled here from far!
