The Space:
This spacious Classic design, 1 bedroom-1 full bath, provides you with everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable stay in a home away from home. This condo has a queen-size bed in the bedroom and an air bed is available upon request.

Living Room:
-Flat screen 50in TV equipped with cable

Kitchen:
-Dinnerware, silverware, cups, pots, pans, and everything else for making easy meals or preparing/heating store-restaurant "to-go's"
-Coffee maker with complimentary coffee
-(2) Dishwasher Pods for washing, trash liners, napkins, paper towels, sink soaps, sponge and toilet papers stored ETC.

Bedroom:
-Comfortable Queen bed with luxurious linens
-Additional TV Screen
-Large cedar closet for storage of your luggage and clothes.

Bathroom:
-Bathroom complete with towels set per each guest identified in reservation detail.
-Bath and body toiletries are available in the bathroom.

***Each guest will have their own towel set and bedding/linens. In any case, if you would like to swap out the set you have been equipped with, please call or message Nina through the Airbnb portal, and we will send someone over to give you a fresh set and send used/dirty materials to be washed.

Getting Around:
This condo has some of the best mobility in the city: the MARTA station just two blocks down the street and provides quick access to the rest of the city and the airport. From the door of the apartment, it takes 30 minutes to make it to the Atlanta Airport via MARTA.Easy access to the airport and major roadways, walking distance to public transportation (MARTA). “MARTA On The Go” puts the entire MARTA transit system in the palm of your hand, giving you access to real-time bus and rail schedules and the latest MARTA system updates.

Running an errand across town or exploring the city far from home, getting there should be easy. Learn how to ride with the Uber app.

Riding with Lyft costs less than a taxi, which makes getting around wallet friendly. Our drivers are always nearby, so you can get picked up, on demand, in minutes. Count on Lyft to get you around cities big and small.

Other Things to Note:
HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that uses a boiler/chiller to push hot or cold water to a fan coil inside of an exchange unit in the condo. The exchange unit blows hot or cold air off of the fan coil into the room. An exchange unit is located below the windows in every room. The plates on top of the exchange unit can be flipped up to regulate the hot or cold air fan speed. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air. When it is unseasonably hot or cold fans or space heaters can be provided upon request.
WASHER AND DRYER: ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.
ANIMALS: are not allowed, per HOA
PARKING: Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.

Interaction with Guests:
Instructions for check-in will be sent to you once the reservation is confirmed, and from there, we will walk you through the process made easy and simple for your greatest convenience. A concierge is available 24/7 at the front entrance of the building, so late check-in is just fine! You will enter the property first through here! The condo can be accessed using a keyless code entry system, so don't worry...Relax, especially if you traveled here from far!
