Surf Court 15 est une grande maison de ville spacieuse avec une entrée au deuxième étage. Cette propriété est à 1 pâté de maisons de l'océan Atlantique et à 1,5 pâté de maisons du centre de tennis Van Der Meer. Pour les locations à la semaine 1 heure de tennis est incluse dans votre location.
Un escalier en colimaçon vous mène du porche arrière à la cour et à la piscine magnifiquement aménagés.
Surf Court 15 dispose de 3 téléviseurs, 1 pour chaque chambre et le salon. Internet haute vitesse est fourni dans ce condo.
Ce condo a été récemment rénové avec des comptoirs en granit, une nouvelle cuisine, une belle tuile de l'entrée au patio. Surf Court 15 est magnifique et possède tout le confort de la maison. Il y a un roi dans la chambre principale, 2 lits doubles dans la deuxième chambre ainsi qu'un canapé-lit dans le salon.

Nicely decorated and plenty of room. The office management handling our booking gave clear instructions for our late arrival. Everything went very smoothly. The only thing we were just a bit disappointed about was the deck, it never gets the sun, at least in February. Would love to return to this Villa and exceptional area next winter.

We wished the weather was a little warmer as the middle of the week was only getting to a high in the mid-60s. The place was in great condition. Our one complaint was with the roofing work that was taking place the entire week directly above our homes. This was brought up with management and addressed.

We were able to reserve it only a month out from our dates. The property was great, the rooms were fantastic. I have never slept so well. Location was direction a cross the street from the public access. Less than 5 min walk to the coligny beach park and dining and shopping. We like our home cool and the ac did not disappoint. The kitchen has everything you could want/need. Out the back door, just 100 feet from the pool. When we return to HHI, we will look for this property.

The room was clean, well-maintained, and positioned very close to the beach. Almost like staying on the beach, without the view. Coligny Square (shopping, groceries, restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops) are within walking and biking distance. The boardwalk to the beach is directly across the street. The pool is in the courtyard just out the back door, yet shielded by lush trees.It is tastefully decorated with beach decor.This was our 3rd stay at Surf Court and we will be back!

Winter break

Loved the location - short walk/bike ride to the beach and Cologne Plaza. Place was clean and comfortable. You do need to climb stairs to the second level. No problem for us but need to look for a different unit if stairs are an issue. The unit could use some updating especially the kitchen and bathrooms. But everything there was functional. Taking everything into consideration we would stay there again.

First there was a musty smell to the place, and all the clothes I washed while there still had the smell when we returned home. I had to wash them all again! Second, we found a dead cockroach in the dining room! Yuck!

Wonderful Vacation

My review is not on this property, rather it is on the property to where we were relocated, Shorewood 202. I can say, based in our past experience at Surf Court 15, the unit is very tastefully decorated, well maintained, and well equipped. Fortunately, Seashore Vacation management was able to relocate us to another property in the ocean. The folks at Seashore Vacations are a wonderful group of people. They are very responsive to your needs! I will always recommend them to our family and friends.

HHI MEDICAL TREATMENT

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: With the exception of the last phone call on the last day to the management team, it was some of the worst customer service that I've ever experienced...They were argumentative, dismissive, and unprofessional. We were at HHI for serious medical treatments for my disabled daughter, and it was one thing after began with issues about her MEDICALLY NECESSARY CERTIFIED/TRAINED health service dog (BTW ~ which are illegal to deny), to the inefficient A/C unit (freezing downstairs & hot as Hades upstairs}, which we tried to resolve ourselves (closing vents, opening vents), all to no avail, to the unannounced extensive tree trimming right on top of the bedroom where my daughter needed her sleep and rest. For almost 4 hours there were VERY loud chainsaws & woodchippers, and yelling back & forth by the workers. Our stay was an absolute nightmare. I pray that we never have to rent from this management company ever again.

We feel that this review is totally a knee-jerk response to the stress this family was under due to medical issues they were on Hilton Head to undergo. We fielded numerous calls and found no HVAC issues. This snowballed complaints. Tree removal is unfortunate; however, most guests would understand that this type of maintenance happens at every property time and again. Surf Court 15 is a lovely townhome with a newer HVAC system and the property unfortunately does not allow dogs other than those listed by the AMA for medical support. Emotional support dogs are not approved but we accommodated this guest given the circumstances around their reservation. We feel this guest was unable to accept any reasonable solutions we tried to apply. We are not disappointed that she will not be returning, but we do wish her daughter good health.
