After a day at the beach, you can return to a fully equipped kitchen with every appliance needed to make the perfect meal. Then you can relax in the fenced in back yard around the fire pit or on the cozy patio under the stars, Enjoy high-speed 500 Mbps internet for streaming your favorite shows or play your favorite video games.

Other things to note
We ask that the reservation be made by a person who is 25 or older. This person must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay.

*To ensure a safe and secure stay for all, we kindly require guests to submit a photo of a valid ID as part of our standard screening process.*

**Pets:
- We allow only one pet per stay, with a $150 fee.
- Pets must stay off furniture and beds, and guests must clean up after them. Sheets are available to cover the furniture.
- No cats allowed - so sorry
- Any guests with pets discovered without prior notification will be subject to a $200 pet fee per night.
