Beautiful Condo! Giving a 5 start rating because it was a fantastic place but also leaving a detailed review for future travelers. Clean, spacious and just as pictured! Beds were comfortable and the electric blinds in the room were a great added touch. The cabinets were packed with everything you need to cook, etc. Host was very responsive as was the North Beach staff. The condo doesn’t have a smart TV so be prepared to channel surf! Housekeeping came by daily to restock towels and supplies (upon request) which was great. We used the shuttle service daily to go to Barefoot Landing. Go to Lulus, great restaurant with entertainment for the kids! There was balcony construction going on which sort of ruined the view. We weren’t told about in advance which was frustrating. We likely would have picked another condo had we known. The pools were great! The kids loved the lazy river in the indoor pool. Warning to parents with kids, they don’t allow footballs at the pool even when no one is around. The lifeguards were very strict about it which seemed silly. Will definitely come back next year!

The condo was exactly as shown in all the pictures. Clean, spacious, and great balcony views of the beach and pool area. There is a full kitchen but we only ate breakfast in the condo. Loved that it had 3 bathrooms. The DJ at the pool played music 1-6pm daily. Beach was just passed the pool. Renting chairs there is very expensive. I rented via Vrbo at the resort because some reviews of the resort complained about room issues. I paid a premium but didn’t have any problems or complaints.

Don’t judge a book by the cover

I was hoping to love this property as the pictures were gorgeous, the property as well and for the most part it looked as shown, however I read a review about this property a lil over a month ago and people were complaining about the ac, I assumed a month later it would be fixed, I was wrong , we had maintaince men in and out of the propetty the whole stay, if it wasn’t the air which was attempted to fix twice then the dryer was broke. Also it’s gets super busy and they have a Dj everyday at the pool and a poolside bar with everyone getting wasted which if your into that sort of thing great, but it wasn’t appropriate for impressionable teens. It would have been nice to know this is basically a party condo and not super family friendly.

Family time

Condo was beautiful and as advertised. The furnishings and the views were great! I hate to bring this up but I’m giving an honest review. Our only complaint was the AC. You can’t adjust the thermostat and it was set at 73. First day, maintenance technician came up and worked on the drain pan. Humidity was over 80% in the condo. He tried to turn it down to help reduce this issue but the thermostat is password protected. He called to try and get the password but had no success. I understand saving on energy but a couple degrees sure would’ve made for a much more pleasant stay. I live in SC and understand the heat and humidity here in this area, but we needed the ability to turn down the thermostat or it needed to be set a degree or two lower. Again, a beautiful condo!
