Take the elevator downstairs and walk directly from the property to the beach. There's no loading everyone into the car, searching for beach parking, or crossing a busy road.

Spend the morning in the ocean, head upstairs when someone needs a break, make lunch in the condo, and go right back out again.

The condo is accessible by elevator. Please note that the unit itself is not specifically equipped for guests with disabilities.

NORTH BEACH RESORT + AMENITIES

Located in one of North Myrtle Beach's most sought-after beachfront resorts, your stay gives you much more than a beautiful condo and a place to sleep. The resort amenities can become a vacation all by themselves.

At the heart of the resort is the nearly 3-acre Caribbean-themed pool complex. Kids can splash and swim, little ones have a kiddie pool, adults can float the lazy river or grab a drink at the swim-up bar, and the whole family can move between the pools and beach without piling into the car.

PARKING + ARRIVAL

Two free parking passes are included with your stay.

Motorcycles, golf carts, and trailers are not permitted at the property, so please make alternate parking arrangements if you're traveling with one.

There's also a nice perk to staying in our privately managed condo: there's no need to stand in line at the resort front desk when you arrive. You'll receive the information you need to go directly to the condo and start your vacation.

Privately managed guests are responsible for taking household trash to the trash chute located just down the hallway. There is no in-room trash pickup service.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

* Are there any hidden fees? Absolutely not. There are no required surprise costs or resort fees. What you pay when you book is what you'll pay for your stay. If you'd like a few extras, we can connect you with local partners who offer rentals such as beach chairs, umbrellas, and baby equipment that can be delivered prior to your arrival. Message us for more information.
* Do we have to bring or rent bath towels and linens? Heck no—you're on vacation! Bath towels and linens are included with your stay, and your departure cleaning fee includes laundering those items.
* Is parking included? Yes. Free parking for two vehicles is included. You'll receive two parking passes per unit rented, which is the maximum allowed by the HOA. Because parking passes are limited and replacements must be purchased, please do not write on them and be sure to return them to the condo before departure to avoid a replacement charge. Motorcycles, golf carts, and trailers are not permitted at the property, so please make alternate parking arrangements.
* Are pool armbands required? Yes. Armbands are required to enter the pool area and are provided inside the condo.
* Can I bring a cooler onto the pool deck? No. The resort does not allow coolers on the pool deck. You are welcome to take a cooler onto the beach.
* Do I have to clean, make the beds, or do laundry before leaving? No—you're on vacation! Our professional cleaning and sanitation team will take care of the departure cleaning, beds, towels, and linens. We simply ask that household trash be taken to the trash chute located just down the hallway.
* Do you allow pets? Unfortunately, no. Pets are not permitted at this resort under the HOA bylaws.
* Can I smoke or vape in the condo or on the balcony? No. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the condo and on the balcony—no exceptions. Smoke remediation is extremely costly, particularly with limited time between guests. If professional treatment is required due to smoking in the condo or on the balcony, applicable charges will be assessed in accordance with our house rules and Airbnb policies.
* Are there pots, pans, and dishes? Yes. This is a full kitchen equipped with the basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and other essentials needed to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay.
* Do you provide food, condiments, or coffee supplies? No. This is a self-catering condo, so guests should plan to provide their own food, condiments, coffee, coffee filters, and other consumable items.
* Is this condo a good fit for multigenerational families? Yes. The layout is especially well suited for families traveling across generations. The condo sleeps up to 8 guests in three bedrooms with two king beds and two queen beds, has three full bathrooms, a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, dining space for all eight guests, and a large balcony where the family can gather.
* Do we have direct access to the beach? Yes. The property is directly beachfront. Take the elevator downstairs and walk directly from the property to the beach without crossing a street.
* Do we have access to the North Beach Resort amenities even though this condo is privately managed? Yes. Guests have access to the resort pool complex and the amenities outlined above. The primary difference for our privately managed guests is that you do not need to check in at the resort front desk—you'll receive instructions to go directly to the condo. Guests are also responsible for taking household trash to the nearby trash chute rather than receiving trash pickup service.
* Is there an elevator? Yes. The 17th-floor condo is accessible by elevator. The condo itself is not specifically equipped for guests with disabilities.
