Once part of a bustling 1897 mercantile building near the original McKittrick rail depot, this first-floor suite offers easy access and quiet charm. Inside, you’ll find a warm blend of vintage touches and modern comforts — perfect for a relaxing getaway after a ride on the trail or a day of wine tasting.

I chose this neighborhood because it's steeped in history—our building is a Nationally Registered Landmark—and full of small-town charm. Nestled along the Katy Trail, it offers rural simplicity, peaceful surroundings, and a deep connection to nature. Mornings start with birdsong, afternoons bring friendly cyclists passing through, and evenings are best spent on the patio by the fire pit, watching the sun set. It’s a place that invites you to slow down, sip local wine, and feel grounded again.
