The house is adorable and perfect for a party of four! Very clean, and well-stocked. Owners communicated perfectly and made check-in/out super easy. Love the location. Would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed at many VRBO‘s in the past, but this was one of the best. The house was super clean and comfortable; like staying at your own home. Jenna has thought of everything, from toiletries to places to put your hot hair tools, to spices and coffee. The beds were very comfortable (would love to own those pillows). The shower was great as was the entire living space - so cozy. My husband and I, and another couple thoroughly enjoyed our weekend here, and we plan to return. Thank you, Jenna for such an inviting home.

Great VRBO!

The property was exceptional clean and very well appointed with everything you need and more! Hope we can stay here again and recommend to others. Although we did not use a lot of items in the kitchen, it had everything one would need to prepare and serve food! Maybe the best equipped vrbo I have stayed in around the country.

Moms Weekend Away

My mom friends and I had an absolute blast staying at this property for the weekend. So many places within walking distance to visit, so we were never bored. It rained most of the time we were there and the umbrellas provided in the house were life savers!! Love the indoor patio porch and the decor. Highly recommend!

Friends getaway

We are teachers and moms of young kids. We so enjoyed our stay at the Gray Stone House! It was well stocked with amenities and the location to downtown was so nice. We definitely enjoyed our weekend away and would recommend this property to anyone looking to plan a trip to Hermann.

Clean and Comfortable cottage close to downtown but quiet

We were very happy with our stay at Gray Stone Guest House. It was clean, well-maintained, and it was clear that the hosts had put a lot of thought into what would make our stay pleasant. The beds were comfortable, and we loved spending evenings on the patio or in the covered enclosed porch area. Thanks for a great experience - we would definitely stay here again!

Fall Trip

My sister and I came to Hermann to visit the area wineries and enjoy the fall weather. The house was clean and comfy and walkable distance to downtown Hermann. We loved sitting in the enclosed patio to relax. House was as described online. Communication with the owners was good with prompt responses. We would definitely stay here again.

We came down to celebrate two anniversaries and many years of friendship. We were super impressed with how clean and inviting this little home is. It was perfect for us. Super Cozy Stay

This place is so clean and comfortable. Very nicely decorated and has everything you need. The back patio room is really nice too for gathering. It’s also close walk to town. Owner of the property is fantastic, very flexible and easy to reach. Definitely will be back! Thank you for letting us stay and taking care of us.

Perfect getaway

My friends and I had planned a girls weekend and we had the best time in Herman and loved the house! We had a minor issue with the air conditioning but the owner was very responsive and it was running in no time. Everything about the house was wonderful!

This place has everything you need. The house is conveniently located just outside busy downtown area, but close enough to walk to everything you need in downtown Herrmann.

Perfect House for Hermann weekend!

This is the second year we’ve stayed in this property. Everything is perfect! Location, cleanliness, plenty of room to spread out, grill is clean and works great, large patio. I could go on and on and on….. Wouldn’t think of looking anywhere else for a party of 4 to stay. Check in and communication with the host was excellent as well. We will definitely be back for another great weekend!

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed spending part of our 50th anniversary trip at the house. The house was clean, roomy and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked Didn’t use the enclosed patio - AC did not function well in that area so it was very warm. The rest of the house was cool and comfortable. Great communication with owner! Highly recommend!

Fantastic house/short walk from most of the downtown touristy stuff

Two night stay. We walked to the shops, restaurants, bars,…. The home is well furnished with comfortable beds. It was spotless. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Communicating with the owner/operator was fast and thorough. Excellent WiFi service too. We will be returning to Hermann and staying in the Gray Stone again.

Beautiful little cottage!

Jenna was an excellent host! The house was so cozy and comfortable. I'm very particular when I travel and always carry Clorox wipes to do my own cleaning at rentals and hotel rooms, this time, no Clorox wipes were needed! ☺️ The house was ready to enjoy. We will definitely stay again when we go back to Hermann.
