STUNNING

The property itself was stunning. You can tell the owners really poured their heart into the details. This has been the most accurate listing I’ve ever stayed out. Cleanliness is top notch. Looks exactly like the photos. The communication was also amazing. We truly felt not only at home but on vacation. It’s a brand new property on an … okay.. street but I would definitely stay here again. 10/10.

Worth Your While!

My family of 7 stayed here for my brother’s law school graduation from TSU and Thurgood Marshall School of Law..we were 10 minutes away, so the location was perfect. Our initial host canceled our reservation because of an “emergency”, so I quickly had to rebook. I found this gem, and while there were no reviews, we decided to take our chances because it was the last minute. I’m sooo glad that we stayed here! I will say that the neighborhood that it’s in, you may feel like it’s dodgy at first, but we never felt unsafe while we were outside. Tom and Phoenix’s level of communication is impressive honestly. From the time that we booked until the day of checkout, I always felt checked on and heard. The pictures don’t do it justice, if you thought that the pictures were a lie, I can vouch and tell you that it’s just as beautiful and clean in person. They left out snacks and left drinks in the fridge, which were great after a day of traveling while we figured out dinner that night that we touched down. They had games in the backyard as well as the garage, and board games in the living room, so the kids that were there had a great time! The beds were so comfortable that I had to ask when we left, where they got the comforters from so I could buy a set! This is the best experience that we’ve had, and we will definitely stay again if we come back into town! They treated us so well and we had an amazing time! It’s right next to the highway so everything was super close. 10/10 recommend!
