• Spacious, covered deck overlooking stunning, nearly 180-degree mountain views with cozy seating, outdoor dining, and access to park-style grill
• Wood-burning fire pit, with views of Lake Lure in the distance, and long-range mountain views
• This home offers accessibility features with 32" wide doorways on the main floor and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower; there are 3 steps to enter the home
• A whole-house generator provides peace of mind in the event of a power outage
