Waterfront property with big water and mountain views located in a community of 30 unique cabins situated in close proximity to one another. This makes for a great atmosphere for all that enjoy it responsibly. The community dock with an optional boat slip (message owner for additional fee and usage information) is less than a 50 yard walk on level boardwalk at water’s edge that is accessed directly from your screened porch. Enjoy lake views and sunsets from your seat on the deck, the screened porch, or either of the main living areas.

The home is three stories with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Plenty of room to sleep 10 comfortably. The main level features a 50-inch TV over the gas fireplace, two bedrooms, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, bar area, and dining room table. The main level master bedroom has a king bed and 32-inch TV. The second bedroom on the main has a queen bed. The lower level is equipped with 50-inch TV, large sectional sofa, ping pong table, Pac-Man and Golden Tee arcade games, and room for entertaining. The lower level has incredible views and opens to a screened porch to further expand the entertaining area in all weather. The kids will love the lower level bedroom with 1 set of twin bunk beds and a twin over full with its own 40-inch TV. The loft is the fourth bedroom and has a king bed. The loft also has its own bathroom, big lake/mountain views and 40-inch TV.

Clemson University is 9.4 miles away, Downtown Greenville is 35 miles, and you’re less than 9 miles to the nearest grocery store. Warpath public boat landing is under a mile of the neighborhood. Fishermen will love the convenience of having easy access to this free boat ramp. Blue Ridge Mountains are nearby and provide endless hiking and waterfall outings.

There are several areas of the home to entertain, with each providing different settings:
- kitchen bar for cooking and entertaining opens to LR and deck area
- deck equipped with gas grill for outdoor dining/entertaining
- lower level area for watching sporting events, recreation and movie nights
- screened in porch for outdoor entertaining in any weather
