Perfect Location

Booking was super easy with great communication throughout. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from both the beach and the pool! The space was perfect for two people. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

I really enjoy my stay. The condo was nice and comfortable. The only issue I had was a closet our taller area to hang my clothes.

Thanks for renting our condo Robin, and we are glad you enjoyed your stay. I understand that the half closet with its clothes hangers is really optimistic (although only 4’ tall. It’s certainly an “efficiency” setup with limited space, but maybe if we removed one of the clothes dressers we could come up with a way to hang full length dresses. Great feedback.

The property is beautiful and has close beach access. It is near many restaurants. The owner, Mark was great to work with and quick to respomd to any questions/concerns. I stayed with my husband and toddler and had no issues.

Wonderful Place!

We enjoyed our stay! Clean room, easy but clear check in and check out rules. Very clear and detailed communication with host, with wonderful reply time! We loved how convenient it was to Broadway and far enough from the strip for it to be quiet. Also loved the on site bar, tiki bar was wonderful as well, and the starbucks that was in the resort was an extra perk!

Mark was amazing to communicate with. He got back to us promptly. The room has a beautiful view of the ocean even though it's on the ground floor. The ground floor room is so convenient especially with a toddler.

We were very happy with our stay! Mark was supper accommodating & more than happy to tackle anything i reached out to him about.Great location for easy beach access. This would be a great place for a couple to stay away. My wife and i brought along our 18month old who also enjoyed it!More than the three of us probably would've been to cramped. Food in the resort was great. the people were great, The pools were great and the beach was a great spot!We will definitely would keep this on our "places for mom and dad to get away"!I didn't have a picture from inside the room (which i shoulda thought of), but i added a picture from the view at the one restaurant above the pool.

Location is nice, right on the beach. But the cleanliness is bad. The Grande Cayman Resort its self is very unclean and packed. You are constantly fighting your way through the halls walking through dirty laundry and trash in the halls. The room is somewhat isolated, but you have to walk through the whole hotel to get there. And the door to get to the beach is located right outside the room door and so everytime someone is leaving you hear it all night long. It took us over 30mins to get into our room because every long 10 digit code that was given to us wouldn’t work. And then we get into our room and we are greated with bugs all over the floor and in the bathroom and bath tub. First thing I had to do was clean the floor which there was a broom and dust pan to do that. Throughout our stay I had to clean the bugs; spiders and roaches, off the floor. There was both dead and alive bugs. It made the stay very uncomfortable. We were glad that we were gone for most of the day and only at the room at night so we didn’t have to feel grossed out.

I truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and I’m very sorry to hear that aspects of your stay fell short of expectations. First, I want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the door lock upon arrival. While we were able to resolve the issue together over the phone in about 10 minutes, we later discovered that the lock’s internal clock was off by a few minutes—just enough to cause a frustrating delay. I appreciate your patience during that troubleshooting process. Regarding the side door near the unit, I understand how the frequent opening and closing may have disrupted your rest. That door is designed to allow guests to exit toward the beach conveniently, especially for those staying in our unit. It is supposed to remain locked from the outside to prevent entry, and had I been notified during your stay, I would have immediately contacted resort management to ensure it was secured properly. As for the pest concerns, I’m truly sorry this impacted your comfort. Being oceanside in Myrtle Beach—especially in late summer—can occasionally bring in seasonal pests but roaches have not been identified in our unit . That said, we take this very seriously and maintain a regular pest management schedule in addition to the resort’s own treatments. If I had known during your stay, I would have arranged for an immediate inspection and additional service to address the issue. While I’m glad you were able to enjoy the beach and surrounding area, I regret that your time inside the unit wasn’t as relaxing as it should have been. Your feedback helps us improve, and I hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future. We’re committed to making every guest’s experience clean, comfortable, and memorable. Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The unique feature of this property is that it’s a corner unit, on the ground floor, steps from the Ocean and pools--about 100 feet from the Atlantic Ocean. Its much quieter than many of the other units over the pool or street side according to other guests we’ve met on our stays here.
Our condo has a couple of ways to get to the beach or pools quickly. I also like the high railings on our patio that give an added layer of security and safety when we have children staying.
