RAVEN'S TREEHOUSE: Experience what it’s like to live among the trees—with stunning mountain and ocean views from not one, but two patios (one covered, one open-air). Enjoy 180 degree view of the inlet from the top floor and deck. This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home offers a peaceful retreat with the best of Tofino’s natural beauty and vibrant town life just steps from your door. Perched above it all, you’ll enjoy views of the inlet and mountains, yet remain just a short walk to Tofino’s downtown core.

Vibe: This home is the quintessential Tofino style home, full of history, character, and charm. It’s an eclectic space with an old-world feel—perfect for travelers seeking authenticity and personality over polished modern finishes.

Layout: Step into your cozy home away from home and find a warm seating area centered around a wood-burning fireplace. This space is screen-free—designed for real conversations and quiet moments. Double glass doors open to your first covered patio, complete with a BBQ, and outdoor seating to soak in mountain and inlet views. From the sitting room, enter the dining area and fully equipped kitchen featuring everything you need to unwind on vacation: a full-size fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, and even an espresso machine.

Upstairs, you'll find the home’s only bathroom, with a convenient shower/tub combo. The upstairs living room features a smart TV, vibrant dĂ©cor, and access to an upper uncovered deck with even more breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains that define Tofino’s beauty. Both upstairs bedrooms feature Queen beds that have both ocean and forest views—offering a peaceful and private retreat.

Location: Situated on Neill Street, this home is just a one-minute walk to Tofino’s brand-new pickleball and tennis courts, a basketball court, and a skatepark—perfect for fueling your adventurous side.
Please note: we have pickle ball rackets, tennis rackets and a basketball for our guests to use.
Prefer a slower pace? Head down to the nearby park with a children’s playground, ideal for little ones to burn off energy.
You're also just steps from downtown Tofino, where you can explore farmers’ markets, sample world-class cuisine, or book an adventure tour—all accessible through the nearby marina.

Just a heads-up: this unit does not have a washer or dryer. However, there is a local laundromat in town that you’re welcome to use.

Please Note:
1. This home is best suited for up to 4 guests, as it has only one bathroom.
2. Accessibility: The home requires climbing multiple sets of stairs to enter, with additional stairs inside. It may not be suitable for young children, elderly guests, or those with mobility concerns.
3. The living room has no window blinds. Guests using the pullout couch may wish to bring a sleep mask for added comfort.
4. There is no washer or dryer on the property.
5. In accordance with Tofino bylaws, all vacation rentals must have an onsite tenant. The tenant lives in a separate suite behind the house with a private entrance. The driveway is the only shared space.



Host Rules:
Renters agreement must be signed to confirm the reservation
Age Requirement: All guests must be at least 25 years old.
Max Occupancy: 4 guests (Will allow 1 additional child only. Please request before you arrive)

Minimum Stay:
2 nights September-June
3 nights min. is required for all summer bookings (July-August) and Canadian statutory holidays. Exceptions may be made if the booking fills a 2-night gap.
Host Availability: If you receive a "Host unavailable" message while the calendar appears open, please contact us. We can override our booking system for gap-filling reservations

Pet Policy: 2 dogs allowed-max (sorry no cats allowed!)

House Rules: No Parties or Events and no smoking allowed: We strictly prohibit parties or events on the property.

Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbours and locals!
Cancellation Policy:
‱ We require 30 days' notice.
‱ If you cancel outside of this period, you'll receive a full refund
‱ If you cancel within the 30 days, the reservation is non refundable

Accidental Damage Protection: Accidental Damage Protection is included in the total cost of your reservation—there is no additional fee after booking, as it is automatically applied at the time of purchase. This coverage protects against accidental damages up to $1,000 that may occur during your stay.
Please note: This protection does not apply to damages caused by parties, unauthorized events, or negligent behaviour. It is strictly intended for unintentional mishaps that may happen while you're staying in the home.

Beautiful accommodation that’s well located and stocked with everything we needed. Really liked the espresso machine and enjoying coffee on the deck. We didn’t need to contact the host during our stay but they reached out to see if there was anything we needed. We look forward to booking again.

Most beautiful views in town

This place was just perfection. So nice to be able to light a fire in the woodstove after a day on the water. The set up for it was great with paper, kindling, matches, cut wood all handy. Loved that there were tennis/pickle ball rackets available, with the courts just down the driveway. So many windows with beautiful views in every room! Very tastefully furnished and great books on the shelves.
