The upstairs master suite includes a private balcony where you can sip your morning coffee while watching the sun rise over Assateague Island. Inside, you'll love the bright, open layout, modern finishes, and a dedicated office space if you need to mix a little work with your vacation. Step outside to the expansive back deck and enjoy lazy evenings under the stars — perfect for outdoor dinners and unwinding after a fun day by the bay.

You’ll also have full access to Bayside’s incredible amenities: indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, a playground, nature trails, a kayak launch, a crabbing pier, and stunning bayfront walking trails throughout the community. And when you’re ready to explore, you’re just minutes from the Ocean City beaches, Assateague Island’s wild ponies, and the charming streets of downtown Berlin.

To keep cleaning costs low, we ask that you bring your own linens. For your convenience, we offer a $100 linen drop-off service, which includes sheets, pillowcases, towels, and bathmats. Please return linens in the provided bag at the end of your stay.
