This BRAND NEW-2023 spacious, modern open-concept waterfront home is a Families Paradise so bring the whole family to enjoy their company at this amenity enriched community-Landings at Bayside. Relax, Rewind, and enjoy this peaceful home with entry level master bedroom and another 1st floor king bedroom and private office with desk, monitor and printer. The large family room includes a fireplace and 70” 4K TV that opens to the porch leading to the waterfront. Then move upstairs to three additional bedrooms and a home theater complete with 7.1 surround system and XBOX Series X. Each room has brand new furnishings (including bed/beddings/TVs) and is tastefully decorated.
The main kitchen, dining and living room are open so you can enjoy everyone's company. The kitchen features top-of-the-line GE Monogram appliances and filtered water dispenser. The tankless water heater can provide hot showers for everyone without the wait.
The newly built outdoor haven consists of a 12 Burner Gas Grill and built in Griddle to satisfy all the cooks. Outdoor dining includes (2) 8-person tables, one under the pergola and the other inside the 1st floor porch (to be screened in June). When the evening is done, relax next to the 40” firepit w/ 8 Adirondack chairs to enjoy the rest of the day with Smore’s or your favorite drink. You can connect your music to the outdoor speakers that are HEOS and Bluetooth enabled. The private boat dock is at the end of the patio, w/ outdoor rinse station to clean off from the day at the beach. In addition, there is a huge porch on both levels for you to enjoy.
Easily keep all your devices connected with our powerful wireless mesh network (WiFi).
To keep up with your favorite series, we have 7 smart tvs for your streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.). In addition you can access local stations with the Xfinity Cable (TiVo) along with Apple TV and/or Samsung TV.
This resort community is filled with amenities from an indoor (heated) and outdoor pool, a gym, half-court basketball, tennis/pickleball courts, billiard table, bay access, separate crabbing pier, kayak dock, freshwater lake that can be fished.

In order to maintain top cleaning practices, we ask you to bring your own linens or we would be happy to have a company provide a linen package for just $10 a person for the entire stay. This package includes sheets and pillow cases for all the beds you will be using, kitchen dish towels, bathroom bathmats, and a towel/wash cloth for each person.

Another guest stated "An absolutely incredible home in a private and safe neighborhood, with a beautiful, large, fully stocked kitchen, filled to the brim with top of the line appliances, a huge walk-in pantry, tons of dishware and cookware, spacious bedrooms with separation/privacy, big closets, and huge smart tvs, large bathrooms, multiple dining areas for large families, very large and spacious living room, wireless phone charging pads in all bedrooms and throughout the home, incredible sound systems in the living room and theater/bonus room, and board games. If all of that isn’t enough, there is an impeccably designed outdoor living space with a huge screened in porch with a large dining table right off of the dining area, a pergola with large grill and bar top with stools, tons of seating and string lights, a fire pit (stocked with wood) with huge adirondack chairs, and continues down to the boat dock where you can fish or catch some crabs with the provided crab pots! A beautiful office/library is ready and waiting for those who work remotely, or need to catch up on emails! The house is also right near the nature walk and bike riding trail. It’s super close to the community’s private clubhouse with many amenities and two pools. The outdoor shower is great for the kids after a day at the beach or pool. The homeowners thought of everything with this house! Kelly of Sheppard Realty went above and beyond to answer our questions, prior to, during, and after our stay. She made our booking experience stress free and our stay a breeze!"
