The third bedroom is perfect for kids or adults, with a sturdy bunk bed featuring a Queen bed on top and bottom, and a smart TV for cozy movie nights.

Living Area: Unwind in the cozy living room with comfortable seating, a pull out Queen bed, a large smart TV for streaming your favorite shows, an maintenance-free electric fireplace, and plenty of natural light.

Other Things to Note

Pet Policy: We love dogs! Well-behaved pups are welcome with a small pet fee. Please keep them off furniture and clean up after them in the yard. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats due to allergy concerns. We offer a kennel as well if your dog has any destructive tendencies while you are away.

Family-Friendly: The bunk bed setup and spacious yard make this home a hit with families. We provide a high chair and pack-and-play upon request (subject to availability).

Entertainment: Enjoy smart TVs in every bedroom and a large smart TV in the living room, all equipped for streaming your favorite platforms (guests must use their own streaming accounts).

1. We provide a 100% Smoke smoke-free environment. There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property. If we find there has been smoking a $300 cleaning fee will be charged.

2. It is the Guests' responsibility to take the trash can for their apt to the street on Sunday Evening for Monday Pickup

3. Clean all dishes prior to checkout, or load and run the dishwasher

4. Empty all food from the frig and pantry before checking out

5. Please remove trash from the apartment prior to checking out

6. We allow dogs that are prescreened. No dogs are allowed on the furniture, unless you cover it with a blanket of your own to protect it. All dogs should be crated when you leave the home, if you feel there is even the smallest chance they may destroy something. Please see the Pet specific rules for more information.

7. Please do not hang anything on the walls.
