This B&B Resort, nestled in a secluded cove directly on Seneca Lake, is just minutes from much Seneca Lake and the Finger Lakes have to offer. It is located directly on the wine trail, walking distance to a marina, and just a few minutes to many restaurants, parks, and downtown Geneva. It is also centrally located to many of the other Finger Lakes making it easy to explore the area. This single level bed and breakfast boasts many on site amenities both inside and out. Outdoors we have a small launch for kayaks and canoes. We have some kayaks for guest use, a dock, in-ground swimming pool, hot tub, two gas fire tables, a traditional fire pit, and a pickleball court, as well as many seating areas featuring views of the grounds and Seneca Lake. The nearby marina is within walking distance and rents kayaks, stand up paddleboards, and pontoon boats. Owner's quarters are behind this property, so we are close by if anything is needed. Breakfast is included in this rate but contact the owner if you prefer Apartment style rental which is 10% less (without breakfast served).

Two Bedroom South Condo is the lock-off combination of two of our onsite suites - The Skaneateles and The Canandaigua. The Skaneateles Room has a full kitchen, seating area with a pull out sleeper sofa, TV, and a glass rock fireplace with French doors leading to the bedroom. Skaneateles bedroom has a King bed, TV, private patio with a view of Seneca Lake and an ensuite bathroom with a single sink vanity, shower/tub combo, and toilet (towels provided). The second bedroom is The Canandaigua Room which adjoins and has a Queen bed, TV, private patio with lake views, and an ensuite bathroom with a single sink vanity, shower/tub combo, toilet, and towels provided.

We take great pride in the experience we offer each guest staying at our b&b resort. Only registered guests are allowed on site and we do have an age minimum of 16. Although we are pet lovers, we are not pet friendly at our b&b resort. Please feel free to contact the host if you have any questions or concerns.
