After a sun-soaked day by the waves, come home to your own private heated pool, stretch out on a lounger, or gather under the pergola with a glass of wine as laughter fills the evening air.

Inside, this bright and beautifully designed home was made for connection and celebration. With 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 full baths, and 2 half baths, there’s room for everyone – from three king suites (one with an extra queen) to a fun bunk room for kids or friends. On the third floor, you’ll find a second living room with arcade games, perfect for late-night competitions, plus a cozy trundle bed for extra guests. As the sun sets, step onto the balcony for a glimpse of the Gulf painted in orange and pink.

Whether you’re planning a girls’ getaway, bachelorette party, or family escape, Soul Shine gives you the space to gather, laugh, and make memories together. A fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook a big breakfast, or head out to nearby restaurants for fresh seafood and beachside dining. Every moment here is designed to feel effortless, relaxing, and unforgettable.

*IMPORTANT* this is our home that we are excited to share with fellow beach lovers. We expect every guest to respect the home, its contents and follow the house rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. This is not the house for parties and/or night owls.

The entire house is yours!

Heated Pool charge of $50 per day paid after reservation is made. Must be notified and paid 48 hours before check in. Kept around 88 degrees unless the temps drop to the 30s .

Gas Grill must be cleaned if used. Failure to clean will result in a $150 cleaning fee

Pets- this is Dog friendly, and we love having fur babies. Please keep pets off the furniture and clean up after them. . Failure to clean up after dogs will result in additional $200 cleaning fee

Signed rental agreement and $500 security deposit hold on all bookings. Security deposit info will be emailed 24 hours after booking is confirmed. This is a hold 24 hours before check in and released 24 hours after checkout as long as the home is clean and damage free.

No smoking of any kind indoors

The home has 1 ring camera at the front door and is for security and have video/audio recording capabilities. It is used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering with either camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund.

! Weather Related Refunds! - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.

Other things to note is a Signed rental agreement is required and will be sent within 24 hours after booking is confirmed.
