2 Minutes Walk to Beach - Escape to your very own paradise just steps away from the pristine white sands of the beach. Our beautifully appointed condo offers a luxurious and relaxing getaway with a stylish, modern interior design that is sure to impress. The spacious and open floor plan creates a bright and airy atmosphere that is perfect for lounging with loved ones, while the comfortable bedrooms provide a peaceful retreat for a restful night's sleep.

You get the whole place to yourself. There is a full kitchen and all the comforts of home. You have total privacy, yet I am only a phone call or text away, should the need arise. If you stay long-term, I will check in with you periodically, but basically leave you alone unless you contact me.

Port Royal Sound and Fish Haul Beach
The natural shoreline is quiet, and the shallow water is perfect for small children. This is a great spot to hunt for shells and sea life, as well as enjoy the natural surroundings. Bird watchers enjoy this side of the island and a bald eagle frequents the area. Please note, at low tide, the floor can be mushy or muddy in places - it is best traveled with water shoes (but still doable if you don't mind the squish). This is the shoreline of Port Royal Sound - if you are looking to boogie board or enjoy waves and fluffy sand, we recommend Islanders Beach or Folly Field Beach which are Atlantic-facing beaches about a 10-minute drive away.


As a guest, you’ll have complete access to the entire beachside condo during your stay, including the resort amenities. We encourage you to make yourself at home and use the two outdoor pools, an indoor heated pool, and a hot tub.

Enjoy lounging on either of two outdoor patios, play some tennis, stay fit in the workout room, and wander around on the pretty walking paths. For those who enjoy outdoor cooking, charcoal grills pair gorgeously with lagoon views.

There is high-speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace to ensure that you are able to keep up with work even while away. The Smart TVs offer multiple streaming services that include Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, Roku, premium cable, and standard cable.

An onsite washer and dryer are available for guest use - ideal for longer stays!
