Quaint updated 2 story 1920s colonial located just 2 blocks from the beach in the beautiful Gardens section of Ocean City. This house has enclosed outdoor shower, bright eat in kitchen, internet, and air conditioning for those hot nights, laundry, enclosed porch, roof deck, bicycles, and linens. Kitchen has new counter tops, electric stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, new dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and plenty of glasses, dishes, utensils, pots/pans, etc. After a day at the beach come home to a beautiful and private backyard garden and patio for a cookout and more relaxation. The perfect beach house.
