Lil' Salty is a remodeled oceanfront 1-bedroom condo (sleeps 4) at the pet-friendly Patricia Grand Resort. Enjoy resort amenities like heated pools, 4 hot tubs, a lazy river, and direct beach access. ✔️Child Safety: While we welcome children, please note the condo is not childproof. Parents should closely supervise young children and those prone to indoor horseplay.
✔️Check-In Convenience: Lil' Salty is a privately owned condo with a coded lock, so no need to stop at the front desk! Reach out to us directly if you have any issues upon arrival.
✔️Parking: Two free parking passes are included with your stay. Motorcycles are welcome in the parking garage with a pass. Contact me if you have a very large vehicle so we can arrange for your parking.
✔️Refund Policy: Full refunds for unused nights will be issued in the event of a mandatory evacuation. Please note, no refunds are provided for weather-related delays or cancellations outside of the area. Travel insurance is highly recommended, especially during hurricane season (June–November).
