Welcome to 22 Laurinburg Street, a bright and spacious canal-front retreat just a short walk from the beach, local dining, shops, and Ocean Isleâs popular Friday night beach band concerts May-August. This home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and classic beach charm, with four bedrooms, a cozy loft, and two full bathroomsâall designed to make your stay as relaxing and memorable as possible.
Inside, the open main level welcomes you with coastal dĂ©cor, plenty of natural light, and space for everyone to spread out. Two bedrooms each have a king bed, one has a queen, and another offers two queens, while the loft features two single beds that kids or teens will love. The home includes two bathroomsâone with a walk-in shower accessible from the hall, and another Jack and Jill-style between two bedrooms.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need, including a dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and regular coffee makers, blender, and even two irons and ironing boards. Central air and heat keep the temperature just right, and ceiling fans throughout the homeâincluding in each bedroom and the living areasâadd to the breezy, coastal comfort. With seven flat-screen TVs (six are Smart TVs), secure high-speed Wi-Fi, and a Blu-ray player, there's plenty of entertainment for everyone, whether you're unwinding after a day on the water or hosting a movie night in.
Outdoors, the private boat dock gives you direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway, and there's a fish cleaning area, hot and cold outdoor shower, and charcoal grill to help you make the most of your time on the water. The spacious deck over the canal features a table, chairs, and built-in benchesâideal for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or a sunset cookout. The partially covered back deck offers even more room to dine and unwind, complete with a picnic table and rocking chairs to soak in the view. There's also a top deck with built-in seating that's perfect for sunbathing or sharing an evening drink with friends. New for 2023 is a deck extension with a sectional lounge area on the ground-level patio, giving you even more space to relax outdoors. And yes, thereâs even a golf cart outlet in the breezeway for added convenience.
*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
This is a smoke-free, pet-free property, ensuring a clean and allergen-conscious stay.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
