Cozy Canal Beach House avec un quai privé à proximité de la plage.

Bienvenue dans notre maison de plage paisible et amusante loin de chez vous! Venez vous détendre à Ocean Isle Beach et laissez l'air pur salin opérer sa magie. Cette maison confortable est située sur un canal en béton d'eau profonde, notre maison dispose d'un quai flottant avec un accès facile à la voie navigable intracostale et à l'océan Atlantique. Cette maison est parfaite pour la navigation de plaisance, la pêche, le crabe, le kayak ou le jet-ski. Les amoureux de la plage trouveront l'accès à la plage à quelques pas du bout de la rue.

Cette maison de 3 chambres a une grande salle familiale avec des chambres des deux côtés. Toute la moitié arrière de la maison offre une vue sur le canal. Deux des chambres ont des lits queen et la chambre des enfants a 2 lits jumeaux. La salle de bain est située entre chacune des chambres et le Maître a sa propre salle de bain.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour tous vos besoins de chef.

Il y a beaucoup de parking sous la maison - assez de place pour une remorque de bateau et une voiture. Douche extérieure et évier de nettoyage du poisson sur le quai. Vous pouvez profiter des images et des sons apaisants de l'océan Atlantique depuis des bascules sur le porche arrière, tout en vous relaxant et en oubliant le stress que vous avez laissé à la maison.

Notre maison est un environnement sans fumée et aucun animal n'est autorisé. Désolé pour tout inconvénient.

Good Holiday Weekend

We had a fantastic stay at this home over Memorial Day weekend! The house was acceptably clean and located in a great location, close to local attractions. One of the highlights was having the boat with us; it made exploring the area so much fun. Overall, a wonderful experience—we'll definitely be back!

Love the location!

We enjoyed our second year at the Beach Bungalow! Cannot beat the location - close to the beach, shops, and park. We loved fishing off the dock and rented kayaks to explore the canals.

Best week of the year

Our family made beautiful memories this year at this perfect beach cottage. We loved being on the canal. The kids loved riding bikes down to the basketball court or for ice cream. The house was perfect for us and so functional and clean. This was our second stay, and hopefully will be able to continue to rent this same place every year. Owner is always very attentive. Thanks!

Another wonderful stay

Sweet OIB house

House is a clean well-equipped home near a public access to the beach. This was our 3rd time renting a OIB beach house and it is, by far, the best one we’ve taken at a reasonable price for the week.

The best week

This place was perfect for my husband and our kids (3 and 5). Perfect location, close beach access and the screen porch was delightful for breakfast and other meals. Owner was excellent communicator. We could have stayed another week and would definitely rent this property again.

Loved that the house is on the canal and we were able to fish everyday. Interior recently updated and everything was nice. Great kitchen amenities. Not a bad walk to the beach. We enjoyed our vacation on Anson St.

Perfect getaway

We loved this property. It was perfect for our family. It was clean. Great location. We enjoyed fishing/swimming in the canal. Loved the outside shower and enjoyed grilling outside. Had everything we needed. Didn’t want to leave and will be back!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this sweet beach home! Everything was nice and clean and up to date! Loved that everything was on one level! Also we had an issue and the owner was easily accessible and was prompt at his arrival and taking care of the problem! It’s a fantastic view and also not far from the beach access! Loved the chairs and table on the back deck as well as a picnic table and spacious carport area! Certainly would stay here again!

Great location, good house

We had a great time at the house. The location is great, canal was wonderful. Owner was very responsive. The only downside was the lack of kitchen some cooking necessities - there was only 1 sheet pan that was small, no mixing bowls, not a lot of utensils. If cooking a lot is important you may want to look elsewhere. That was the only real negative, everything else was good.

Great house

We've been coming to OIB for the last 8 years and we were very impressed with this property. Recently renovated and very clean. Perfect size for 4 adults and 2 kids. AC kept us nice and cool. All appliances worked well (including the ice maker). Little things can make a huge difference. The only things we ran into that were slight inconviences were that there was no outlet downstairs to charge a golf cart. Bring a 25-50' ext cord. (Steve mentioned that he plans on adding one at some point). It also would have been nice to have a ladder on the dock. We usually swim/float in the canal at high tide. Dock is perfect if you have a boat (we don't). Steve was very responsive to a few questions that we had. Will stay here again.

This house will meet the Beach goers need.

The house is fine. Nothing noteworthy good or bad. Just some thoughts of mine here. 1. No sheets or pillows here. Bring your own. That seems tk be shown in the listing now but wasn't clear when we rented. 2. Furniture isn't very comfortable. Beds were not comfortable at all. Couch and shairs were very deep which made it hard for anyone under 6'2" to sit comfortably. 3. Interior is recently renovated and feels nice. The back deck and dock could use S OK me updates as l well. Lots of opportunities for splinters on these surfaces. Back deck looks to be recently reinforced and there were some nails and screws on the ground underneath. 4. This is about Ocean Isle so no fault to the owner. They have a new ordinance that you can either use a single pole imbrella(or ironically 10 single pole umbrellas) or a Shibumi shade. If you're used to using a tailgate tent or large shade structure, leave it at home.

Disappointed

I’ve been renting beach houses in the Carolinas almost every summer since around 1998 .The things we liked about the house we just rented are: The location was great, the beach entrance was just a block or so away, we loved the canal the dock, the deck and the décor; What we did not like is: We arrived in the middle of one of the worst area rainstorms ever, and it was freezing cold inside. It took way to long to finally figure out how to contact the owner, didn’t see any way to contact VRBO I thought you guys were supposed to take care of things. Anyhow the owner responded pretty quickly and he unlocked the “Nest” device and turned the heat on for us. Both queen beds had the worst mattress’s we’ve ever tried to sleep on, sagged really bad in the middle, formed a bowl and you would roll to the middle when laying on it, and oddly the two twin beds had the best mattresses of all, so we ended up sleeping on them instead. Ridiculous, when you spend $385 a night for a room you expect a really comfortable bed, right? The online photo showed a large porch swing hanging under the house, we though that was a nice touch and looked forward to using it, but there was none, instead there sat the owners large boat trailer taking up a large space, and no swing. All three overhead fan blades were caked with thick dust, probably haven’t been dusted this year, very disgusting. Large dust bunnies under furniture. Don’t use the oven there are no hot pads.

Summer 2024

The house is as advertised with convenient beach access and ample parking. The beds are comfortable and the living room seating is great for TV watching in the evening after the beach and dinner. It was our second stay here and we will stay at this property again.
