Luxurious, 3 bed/2 baths spacious floor plan surrounds you with the beauty and serenity of the oceanfront.

8 -foot sliding glass doors overlooking the ocean, with stunning views featuring a spacious balcony, sit back enjoy miles of white sugar sand beach and listen to the ocean.

Ocean front primary suite features large bathroom with double vanities, 6 foot garden tub, tiled shower and granite counter tops. Beautifully decorated it features a king size bed ,ceiling fan, air conditioned walk in closets and 8 foot sliding glass door with balcony access.

The second bedroom features a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a full and a twin bed and they share a large guest bathroom with tub and shower. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV’s.

The living room features comfortable seating with beautiful views and 50" TV. Kitchen features granite counter tops, luxury whirlpool appliance package, recessed lighting and stocked with all you need to make your vacation complete. Inside laundry room with full size washer and dryer also includes a laundry sink.

All linens and towels, beach towels are provided for your convenience.

The Sanibel building sits on the border of the traffic free beach so with just a few steps you can avoid any cars driving by while you are playing in the sun.

Take a stroll down the beach to Sunglow Fishing Pier and Crabby Joes Restaurant for cocktails over the ocean and Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner,
or visit one of the many waterfront restaurants nearby. Just a 5 minute drive to the Historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, and a one hour drive to Historic St. Augustine, Cape Canaveral, and all major theme parks.

Buildng ammeinties include sparkling oceanfront pool, oceanfront hot tub,
gym, club room with pool table, and commiunity grill.

Secured entrance to the building as well as secured underground parking for one car per unit. Upper open parking deck is first come first served. 2 Car Max per unit

Sorry the Sanibel building has a no pet policy

Sanibel is a one week minimum rental building with Sat to Sat bookings only please in the months of June and July! Booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking date or next business day by the owner's property management company.
