Welcome to this cozy and charming first-floor In-Law suite, located within a beautifully renovated 1901 Dutch Colonial Revival. Antique details and whimsical character—such as original woodwork, decorative light fixtures, ornate Victorian cast-iron radiators, and refinished hardwood floors—blend seamlessly with minimalist modern décor and all the comforts of contemporary living.
Enjoy refrigerated air, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and a 40” Vizio Full HD SmartCast TV. The best feature? A Vista Series plush king mattress, engineered for deep, conforming support and a restful night’s sleep.

Private entrance on the south side of the house (right side when facing the front)
Private bathroom stocked with fresh, fluffy towels
Eat-in kitchen with freestanding gas range, full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils
Ductless mini-split AC and heat system

Mid-stay cleaning available for extended bookings

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-out is by or before 11:00 AM.
Please lock the door when you leave.
Return the keys to the lockbox and the parking pass to the dining table before departure.
Unreturned keys will incur a $60 fee. Lost parking passes will incur a $200 fee.
Guest Requirements & Conduct
A clear profile photo is required for check-in identification.
Absolutely no pets, smoking, drugs, or illegal activities on the premises.
No candles, incense, or any open flames.
No eating meals in bed.
Do not move or rearrange furniture.
Avoid red wine or colored drinks on furniture—please contact the host for assistance.
Only registered guests are allowed—no unapproved visitors.
No parties or events; keep alcohol to a minimum.
Excessive drinking is not tolerated—guests who are intoxicated will be required to leave immediately with a sober companion.
Noise, Safety, and Consideration
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Please keep voices and outdoor sounds (e.g. car music, conversations) at a respectful volume.
Turn off all lights and the AC when not in use to conserve energy.
We value eco-friendly living—please recycle and conserve water where possible.
Respect our neighbors and the historic nature of the home.
Additional Notes
Due to the age of the home, occasional pest sightings may occur. We contract monthly with Truly Nolen Pest Control to minimize this.
If anything spills, breaks, or becomes damaged, please notify us right away.
Significant damage will result in a damage claim through Airbnb.
