**Important Notice: Stairs Access to Unit**

Reaching the unit requires using stairs that consist of a short flight, a landing, and another short flight. Please consider this if anyone in your party has mobility issues before booking. The stairs are well-kept and safe, but may not be appropriate for guests with physical limitations or anyone uneasy with stairs. We prioritize safety, so please review this information to make sure the space suits your needs.

**Laundry Room Note**

The laundry room sits in the backyard and contributes to the character of this 100-year-old home! It features modern machines, but please keep the door closed at all times to prevent squirrels or other curious critters from getting inside. A collapsible laundry basket is provided in the apartment for carrying clothes to and from the laundry room. Thank you for helping us keep this historic area clean and free of critters!

**Florida Environment and Pest Control:**

Florida’s warm, humid climate supports many creatures, including but not limited to ants, spiders, flies, fruit flies, roaches, palmetto bugs, lizards, and frogs. We use a regular pest control service to help manage these pests, but we cannot eliminate all aspects of the natural ecosystem. If you spot any pests during your stay, please notify me right away and I will arrange for our pest control company to handle it promptly. No refunds will be issued for sightings of bugs.

**WiFi and Internet Service:**

Our WiFi is supplied by Frontier, and although outages are uncommon, weather or other external factors can sometimes interrupt service. If I’m notified of an outage, I will inform you immediately and share an estimated repair timeframe. Often a router reboot fixes most connectivity problems. If issues persist, please tell me so I can contact the provider to resolve them.
