We are committed to making your stay great, ensuring this condo is the perfect home base for your desert getaway.

YOUR INDOOR SPACE:
Experience comfort and style in this charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, designed to make your stay in Mesquite truly memorable. Perfect for groups or families, this condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests, featuring 2 queen beds and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
The primary suite provides a serene escape, featuring a queen-sized bed, a spacious closet, and a private ensuite bathroom. The guest room is just as welcoming, offering a queen bed and cozy linens. For entertainment, the guest room is equipped with a smart TVâperfect for relaxing with a movie after a day full of adventure. To ensure your peace of mind, all bedding and pillows are encased in protective covers, keeping mattresses and pillows free from any unwanted elements. For families traveling with young children, we also provide other essential baby items for your convenience.
The condo also includes a full-sized washer and dryer with provided laundry supplies, making it easy to refresh your clothing during your stay.
The spacious, airy living room is the perfect place to relax in the evenings. With a smart TV and foosball table, there is plenty to keep you entertained. Please note that the TVs have streaming capabilities along with local cable access. The open-concept design allows for seamless interaction between the kitchen, dining area, and living room, ensuring everyone can enjoy the space together.
The fully stocked kitchen is a home cook's dream, equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, including condiments and spices are also provided to make meal preparation easier and more convenient, so you can focus on enjoying your trip.
COMMUNITY SPACE:
The community offers a variety of amenities to enhance your stay, including a pool and a year-round heated hot tub. While the pool isnât heated during the colder months, the hot tub remains inviting throughout the year. The community REC center serves as an additional gathering spot, featuring a full kitchen and dining area. There is also a fitness center with limited cardio equipment and resistance training. Enjoy a meal at the community grill and eat on the covered picnic tables. Right across the street is a great playground for the kids. Take a stroll along the Virgin River entering at Hafen Park just a few blocks away. Just under a miles away is the Casablanca Resort and Casino.
PARKING:
You will have plenty of space to park your vehicles. There is one spot in the garage, spots in the driveway, and plenty of available parking spots across the street, as well as RV parking for your trailers and recreational vehicles.
Guests will have full access to the entire condo with the exception of a locked ownerâs closet. You will also be able to enjoy the community pool, hot tub, and REC center during your stay.
Your co-hosts, J and Amy, are available when needed and live a short 5-10 minutes from the condo. They will be happy to help you when needed.
No Smoking & No Pets: Our property is strictly non-smoking and pet-free. A $300 fine will be charged if evidence of smoking or pets is found.
Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of the neighbors.
Shoe Policy: To maintain a clean and well-kept home, we kindly ask guests to remove their shoes upon entering. We strive to provide the best possible environment for a comfortable stay.
Extended Stays: For stays over two weeks, additional cleaning fees may apply. Please inquire for more details.
Key Fob for Amenities: Access to the pool, hot tub, and REC center requires a key fob. If the fob is lost, a $200 replacement fee will be charged.
Safety Measures have been taken for your safety including: fire extinguisher and first aid kit along with smoke detectors throughout the home. We do not utilize natural gas inside the home.

* NOSMOKING/NO PETS/NO PARTIES - $300 fine
* Be be respectful of our neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM and complaints from neighbors resulting in a management call out is $100.
* Any guests or belongings brought onto the property outside of the original reservation are subject to an additional fee and/or removal from the property.
* Please do not park trailers in the driveway, garage, or street. There is a designated trailer parking area in the northeast corner of the condo community. You are welcome to park there. First come, first served.
*Pool/hot tub and recreational room - The pool and rec room are located in the center of the condo community. It is behind the rec center building and is shared. The pool fob will give you access to the area. Lost key fob for the pool or garage remote will result in a replacement fee from the security deposit. Please leave it on the hook provided when you checkout. Thank you for following the posted rules at the pool!
Laundry: please clear dryer vent screen as often as possible.
CHECKOUT: 10:00 AM
1. Please load dishwasher with all dishes and
start.
2. Please start one load of towels on HOT.
3. Please set temperature at 69 in winter
and 79 in summer.
4. Please sign off personal TV APPS, locate
TV and garage remotes and leave in
visible place in rooms.
5. Please lock door and windows.
6. Please send a quick note on the message
feed saying you have checked out. It is
very helpful for our housekeeping staff.
