☆☆ Our property offers a one-car detached garage, ideal for compact or small vehicles. Please note that the garage has seasonal access, so be sure to confirm availability with us prior to your stay. Additionally, there’s plenty of space for parking in the driveway, along with free street parking year-round.

We use a web-based system called Truvi,. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and options of a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) or no-refundable $35 damage waiver fee to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay!


✔We welcome guests for mid term stays. Please note guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement for stays longer than 28 days and security deposit.

✔We love welcoming furry family members! Dogs up to 50 pounds are welcome, with a maximum of two dogs per stay. Please note, a $75 pet fee applies, and we kindly ask that dogs remain off the furniture and that you clean up after them in the yard.

✔Guests are strongly urged to purchase trip insurance to cover losses against events that prevent a guest from fulfilling the reservation.
