The space

This spacious and family-friendly Tampa home offers four comfortable bedrooms in the main house, plus a fully equipped private studio suite upstairs, perfect for added privacy or a guest retreat. The backyard is a true oasis, featuring a heated pool and outdoor grill—both available with a small gas usage fee—alongside a fully fenced yard that’s ideal for kids and pets. You’ll also enjoy outdoor lounge areas with tables, chairs, and even a TV for relaxing or entertaining under the Florida sun. Inside, the home is equipped with free WiFi, making it easy to work or stream from anywhere in the house. All TVs are equipped with extras like Netflix and Hulu. Just log in to your accounts to enjoy your favorite movies and shows

Sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and TV, a queen bed with TV in the middle bedroom, a bunk bed (twin over double) and desk in the front bedroom, and a double futon with a twin folding cot and TV in the fourth bedroom. The upstairs studio suite includes a queen bed, private bath, full kitchen, dining area, and TV—a perfect self-contained space.

The main kitchen is fully stocked with a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, two coffee makers (coffee grounds included), a toaster, and all the dishes, cups, and utensils you’ll need. Enjoy meals at the dining table for four or at the kitchen bar with three stools. The studio suite also offers its own intimate dining area.

The home includes three indoor bathrooms (one in the studio suite), plus an additional bathroom w/shower in the garage for convenient use when enjoying the pool. For your comfort and convenience, you’ll also find a stackable washer and dryer, a vacuum cleaner, TVs in four of the bedrooms plus the living room and studio, and cozy seating with two couches in the main house and another in the studio suite.

The home is centrally located just 10 minutes from ZooTampa at Lowry Park, 15 minutes from downtown Tampa, 20 minutes from Tampa International Airport, 25 minutes from Busch Gardens, and about 40 minutes from the beautiful Gulf beaches like Clearwater and St. Pete Beach. Nestled in the historic Seminole Heights neighborhood, the area offers a unique blend of charm and convenience with local parks, bike-friendly streets, vibrant coffee shops, breweries, and a variety of dining options all nearby.

A Pack & Play and a highchair are available for use.

Guests will have access to the entire home including the outdoor space.

Please note landscape service may be conducted during your stay - This generally occurs in the afternoons on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.
