The Unicorn Zebra is a boutique hotel and cocktail bar with event space in the heart of downtown Tucson. 14ft ceilings, oversized tubs, large televisions and comfortable beds make this self check-in remodeled hotel in the historic citizen building.
Just off Broadway, the hotel is a short walk from the street car, convention center, restaurants and Fox theater. Enjoy central location in a quieter neighborhood.
The Unicorn Zebra merges the convenience and autonomy of a vacation rental with amenities of a hotel. The Unicorn Zebra cocktail bar is a local favorite in the lobby. You will be provided with a code to access the building and your room. If you need anything, you can connect directly with the owners via text, email or your booking platform.
Located in a historic neighborhood just off the main downtown scene with easy walking access to all the attractions but the benefit of staying in a quiet neighborhood.
14ft ceilings, giant bath tub and shower, comfortable lounge as well as a king sized comfortable bed with high thread count linen make this one of Tucson's finest boutique hotel rooms. There are two event spaces in the building that can be reserved ahead of your stay for large and small events. Additionally, our popular cocktail bar adds an amenity. The rooms are quieter than most downtown, tucked away just around the corner from the downtown center of activity.
The street car to the university and MSA Annex stops across the street from the building. Main downtown sites are all within walking distance and access to the I10 is a 2 minute drive.
Please note that the property has two main floors. To access the loft area, you will need to climb a flight of stairs. The Chloe suite is on the second floor, so you will need to climb one flight of stairs to access the room.
