Enter a world of relaxation with accommodations for up to 15 guests, spread across five beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master suite features a comfortable king bed with an open ensuite bathroom, and closet. The second bedroom offers a comfortable king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Additional rooms include a bedroom/sitting room with a queen-sized pull-out couch and an ensuite bathroom and two bunk rooms. The first bunk room has a twin-over-full and includes an accompanied bathroom and the second bunk room has two twin-over-queen bunks. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with smart TVs, ensuring entertainment and relaxation for all. Gather in the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, or living room to create unforgettable memories in a setting of coastal elegance. Charge your devices throughout the home with USB ports located within most electrical outlets.

Other Amenities:
-Smart TVs-All the televisions are smart TVs. Feel free to add any apps you prefer. Please remember to clear app login information before you leave either through the smart television or through the web interface of your service.
-Grill-A 36” Blackstone gas grill is on the back patio. Grilling utensils are in the hallway closet/pantry.
-The host has provided several items for the younger guests! Portable pop-n-sit booster high-chair, booster seat for LSV, toddler plates, cups, & utensils, multiple toddler aged toys, & 2 bunkbed rooms (bottom bunks may be used for adults as well, if needed. No adults on tops bunks).
-Crib-If guests have an infant or young toddler, the host has provided a full-sized, portable crib for your convenience. The crib is in the closet of the second level, ensuite bedroom on your left as you go up the stairs. This crib meets applicable ASTM & CPSC standards for safety, however, use at your own risk. Maximum weight limit is 50 pounds.
-Beach Gear-26 qt. hard cooler, soft tote cooler, & 2 luxurious bote-brand floats with manual pump.
-Laundry Amenities-Guest stay includes use of a full-size washer and dryer and laundry basket. Guest will be supplied a laundry starter set of 2 dryer sheets and 2 laundry soap pods. There is a full-size ironing board in the 2nd level ensuite closet on the right, if going up the stairs. Iron is in the laundry room.
-Bathroom Amenities-Guest’s stay includes a plush towel, hand towel, and washcloth for each guest. There are also black microfiber makeup removal washcloths. Guests will be supplied a bathroom starter set of 1 travel size shampoo and conditioner, 1 small bar of soap, and 1 small pack of cotton swabs per bathroom. Guests will also receive 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. The master shower boasts double rain shower heads! Please place hot hair tools on white mats to minimize risk of burning the bathroom counters.
-Kitchen Amenities-The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and grilling. Guest’s stay includes one roll of paper towels, 1 travel size dish soap, 2 dishwasher tabs, and a scrub sponge.
- Misc. Amenities-Full length mirrors. Foot stool, games, puzzles, playing cards, and adult coloring book and pencils, charging ports USB type A & C in most electrical outlets for ample charging throughout the home, baby gate, colored microfiber towels for wiping down outdoor furniture and/or LSV seats, yoga mat and foam blocks, roller, and small weights, HEPA air purifier: use if you’d like. Host changes filter every 6 months, tea kettle-care and use instructions: use over medium flame on gas range/stove; hand wash only & dry immediately; do not microwave, 2 inflatable Bōte FLOATubes™; use if you’d like, however please allow to dry, deflate, and return where stored when done with them, coolers: small soft cooler is in the hallway closet and a small hard cooler is on the back deck.
