Magnifique 3ième étage (avec ascenseur), condo 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain avec cuisine entièrement équipée, foyer, laveuse / sécheuse et balcon avec barbecue à gaz. ATTENTION - VRBO / HomeAway ne perçoit pas toutes les taxes de vente applicables! Les tarifs indiqués ici sont soumis à la taxe locale d'hébergement de 8% à payer à l'arrivée au bureau de gestion de Beaver Creek West.

Il y a un maximum de 6 personnes autorisées et 2 places de parking disponibles pour ce condo. De plus, il est interdit de fumer de toute sorte et les animaux domestiques ne sont pas autorisés dans cette propriété. Le Beaver Creek West se trouve à quelques minutes du Beaver Creek Resort et propose une navette gratuite pour les skieurs vers la télécabine Riverfront de Beaver Creek et Lionshead à Vail. Notre navette pour skieurs privée est complétée par les systèmes de transport en commun de Beaver Creek Resort, de la ville d'Avon et d'Eagle County.

Vous profiterez de la piscine extérieure ouverte toute l'année, de trois bains à remous, d'un sauna et de courts de tennis (en été uniquement). Great location during ski season

If you are looking for a no frills, two-bedroom, basic kitchen and comfortable living room place in a great location with convenient shuttles to skiing at BC or Vail, this is a good choice.

Not only is this a "great location during ski season", but it's also a great location any time of year. Especially with a 48-acre park with beach, lake and endless fun right next to the property. Happy to hear you enjoyed our number one amenity, the FREE skier shuttles to Vail and Beaver Creek. It's pretty nice to be dropped off at the lifts each morning for free. Comfy unit in good location

Well maintained unit with easy access to BC and surrounding areas. Lots of walkable food options and driveable shopping. Great hot tubs/swimming pool. Very comfortable for 4 guests, could easily sleep 6 with the bunk beds.

Hello Kyle, So happy to hear you had a great stay here at Beaver Creek Wes condos two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit J3. We are glad you felt comfy, and you enjoyed the excellent central location which is close to everything. As they say "location, location, location and we are located in the heart of Avon close to shops, restaurants and bars even a short walk to the gondola. The best thing is our free skier shuttle to that gondola, the Riverfront gondola in Beaver Creek. The Beaver Creek FREE skier shuttle runs seven days a week from 8AM to 10AM to get you to the slopes in the morning then it runs again from 2PM to 5PM to bring you back from skiing. The Vail FREE skier shuttle runs Thurs - Mon and you need to make a reservation. So, getting to the slopes is easier than ever, when you stay at Beaver Creek West condos. Nothing like a nice soothing soak after an awesome day on the slopes in one of our three hot tubs or outdoor heated pool. Happy to see you got to enjoy a nice soak while you were here. Ski vacation

Really loved the property and location to the mountain. In addition the ease and accessibility to the ski slope, Vail, and downtown were amazing. Having a pool and hot tub with a great view also was an added bonus. We really loved our stay and the friendliness of the people in the complex and shuttle drivers made it a place that we want to definitely come back too. Was a really great stay! Thank you!!

Met Expectations

We really enjoyed our stay at Beaver Creek West, great location, loved the private shuttle to Beaver Creek Resort and the hot tub after skiing. Kitchen had everything we need to make our own meals, beds were comfortable and it was nice having an elevator since we were on the third floor.

decent place, good location

The place is circa 1982 but does the job for a family of 5. The pool and hot tub get the job done but are crowded. The best feature of this place is the convince of the location and the shuttle to the gondola (which gets you to the mountain).

We do indeed have photos of the unit when you book you can look at them to select the proper condo for your group. Yes indeed the pool and hot tubs are a very busy place at 3:30 when everyone is done skiing for the day. The pool and hot tubas are open daily from 9AM to 10PM so maybe check it out one of the many hours that it isn't so busy. These popular amenities are quite enjoyable. We are glad you did find the free skier shuttles to Vail and Beaver Creek a plus. For future reference Beaver Creek West has over 55 condo listed for short term rentals, so give us a shout and maybe we can find a condo that is more to your expectations. Cheers and safe travels!

Sorry to hear you ran out of trash bags, but that is exactly why we have live people at the front desk. All you had to do was give a call to the front desk a call and they would get trash bags to your unit. These folks can help with all kinds of information such as where can a get a few extra trash bags, or what is the best hiking trail nearby that has a waterfall. So sorry you didn't think of this but that's what those folks can assist with. Hope you were able to get out and about in Avon during this fantastic (not crowded) time of year. Great Place!

This was a great place. TV in bedrooms, humidifiers in each room, great hot tub set up, very comfortable living room, plenty of firewood... Perfect place BUT the only reason i rate it 4/5 which has NOTHING to do with the actual unit is because the condo association only runs bus to vail on certain days. There was an epic powder day and getting to vail was a huge pain because of this!

Check us out in the summer, it is an action packed time of year in the valley and we have lots of things going on in the park next to the condo!! Sorry to hear about the difficulty you had navigating the many bus options that are available to Vail on the two days that the condo shuttle doesn't run. The Eco express bus is super easy since it picks up near our condo and is a straight (non-stop) shot to the Vail Transportation Center. Think Snow!!

Economical but clean

This property wasn’t fancy but it was clean and convenient to Beaver Creek. Bathrooms small and it was basic but the price was good. The elevator went out near the end of our stay and we had to walk up three floors. The property did have lots of younger folks which limited hot tub time due to the beer parties at the pool. The listing is very accurate and it was clean and efficient.

For future reference we manage many condos and we have many premium condos as well. Check it out next time you travel to this area for an awesome summer get away or a ski trip of a lifetime. Little tired, but good value and great location and bus service

The property was reasonably priced for the dates we visited and it’s location. The staff and communication were friendly and helpful. Location and bus service to gondola were excellent. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking (pots, pans, utensils). We felt the condo was a little tired, though. Most of the appliances, furniture, and decorations looked like they were from the 1980s, which gave the impression that it wasn’t as clean as other places we’ve stayed at for similar prices (not the fault of the cleaning crew). However, we thought it was a good value for the price charged.

So happy to hear that our amazing staff was easy to communicate with, you were able to enjoy the free skier shuttle provided by BCW condos and you used the condos kitchen. Not sure how granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances can be from 1980 as this condo was redone with those higher end finishes a few years ago. Yes we agree that this condo is GREAT value and that is why it is busy year around with bookings so we are glad that that was a factor for you when booking. Overall Nice

The property is overall nice, but there are a small things here and there that are falling apart and it is cluttered with a lot of random food processing machines spread throughout the unit. The front door doesn’t open all the way and the cooking coils on top of the stove are all bent and causes the pans to be lopsided when cooking.

Hello and thank you for the nice four star-review on our two-bedroom condo J3 at Beaver Creek West. Glad you had a nice overall stay and hope you got some great skiing in while here. I'm sorry, but I have to chuckle a little about the comment saying, "it is cluttered with a lot of random food processing machines". There is a coffee machine, a toaster and a nice toaster oven and I was at a loss to find other food processing items. I believe it is better to have these important items than none of them. Thanks for letting us know about the door that only opens part of the way, we will have maintenance take a look at it and get that corrected. The stove just needed some new drip pans as they caused the coils to not to sit flat. I pushed them into place, but we will replace them. Hopefully you did enjoy the pool and hot tubs after a long day on the slopes and assuming you used the free skier shuttles that Beaver Creek West offers guests to Vail and Beaver Creek. Great condo, great location!

Thank you for sharing your condo with us, we had a great Christmas. Condo is very clean, kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, we even grilled steaks on patio grill. After a long day of snowboarding, it was very relaxing to be able to stay in and have dinner. The front desk people, shuttle drivers and housekeeper were so friendly and helpful. The condo is walking distance to shopping and great restaurants. Our favorite places to eat were; My Blue Plate, Pazzo's Pizza and Bob's Place. Worth checking out! We used the shuttle to Beaver Creek almost every day and once into Vail. So thankful you offer the shuttles! On our last day we drove over to Edward's on a whim. The town square has great local shopping boutiques that are affordable. We had lunch at the Craftsman and highly recommend. Great music, food, shuffle board and margaritas! We truly enjoyed our stay in Beaver Creek West and hope to be back this summer.

the condo was great, BUT ?

I rented the condo for 11 nights for my daughter and myself. here is my rating on a scale of 1 to 10. the condo is a 10. , very confortable, good bedding, nicely decorated. in particular the kitchen is very well equipped to cook with a vast amount of kitchen tools to cook. the place is well maintained, in particular, the bathrooms as we were not aware since we had no photos of them. the spas and the pool are : spas is a 3 , a big disappointment ,as we were able to use them only three times , the spas are not well maintained as the outside temperature lowered , the spas became lukewarm.. the second spa was useless as it was cool to lukewarm. their lack of maintenance ,caused us to question its cleanliness ,especially in view the crowds using them . this deserved to be fixed. the pool is a 9 . fine well maintained and clean. the staff is a 10, very courteous , and kind folks ,Jake in particular is very helpful. now the WI-FI. rating is 0 !!!!! we were not able to use the internet and this was a big negative! we needed it in the morning and the evening , we could not get any connections as the unit is too weak for the number of users. a real BOOSTER is needed. I think it would be more honest to state that wifi is not available. period . overall 4 stars

Many thanks for taking some time to write a review on our awesome Beaver Creek West condo. We like to see all helpful comments. LOVE that you loved the condo itself, our staff and the pool. The thing with the hot tubs is that the management company does clean them very often and drain all of the water so everything is fresh and clean. The problem is that if the outside temperatures are in the single digits or lower, like it was during your stay, its quite difficult to raise the temperature to a comfortable hot tub temperature. Also on the WiFi we do have a front desk staff 7 days a week to assist you with any issues that you have during your stay. Over your dates we had no issues with the Wifi so asking for assistance from our desk most likely would have solved the issue. We apologize for any issues that were not resolved during your stay and we hope you will give us another chance to serve you during your stay.

Instead of paying the same for a hotel room, I got a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with everything I could possibly need, including washer and dryer. Large pool and 2 hot tubs plus sauna on property, and right next door is a lovely park with pond, walking trails and free concerts. Staff was very helpful, but condo could use a few upgrades. I would stay there again, however.

Convenient location and great property management

The management at this property was top notch. Easy to contact and extremely friendly employees. We had one issue when we arrived and they jumped on it immediately and fixed it. The location is great, only a couple of blocks from shops, restaurants, and the Gondola. We used the ski shuttle daily to get to the Gondola even though it was only a couple of blocks away. We also used the shuttle to get to Vail skiing which was super convenient as we did not have deal with parking on ski days. We did drive ourselves to the main Beaver Creek and Vail villages and that was very quick as well. This property also has nice views of the mountain while sitting in the family room.

Close to everything - ski shuttle reliable to both beaver creek and vail - only negative would be the spotty wifi and noisy up stairs neighbours

Great & Cozy Condo for Family Retreat

Interior was better than the pictures, condo had everything you need - just bring yourself and some groceries and have a good long weekend or retreat. Thank you for letting us stay in your condo. Check in and check out was quick and easy.

Nice location with very easy access to skiing. Walkable restaurants

Thanks so much for taking the time to write a nice review!! As they say "location, location, location" and we have a great location as you noted!! Avon is very proud of it's walk/bike friendly town. They even installed bike rental stations in several location throughout or little town for easy access in the summer. Also great to hear that you like our free skier shuttle that gives our guests easy access to the Riverfront gondola and heck they even have a great taco truck with some fantastic breakfast burritos! Charming Mountain Resort Condo

Ski trip with memories to last a lifetime. We just had a wonderful trip to Vail and Beaver Creek and really enjoyed our stay at Beaver Creek West. The condo was clean and in great condition with all the amenities we would expect from a fully furnished and appointed condo. After a long and hard day of hitting the slopes, it was so relaxing to come "home" to this condo. From it's 3rd floor location, there is a breath taking view of the snow capped mountains and of the heated pool that is conveniently located in the center of the complex. We enjoyed cooking breakfast every morning as well as being lazy and ordering pizza one night and playing cards. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We took advantage of the free shuttle to Vail and found the time for pick up and drop off were ideal for a full day of fun on the slopes. We would definitely consider booking this again in the years to come.

Great winter getaway

Great location!

Had a wonderful stay, great location! Beautiful view of the mountain, nice pool and jacuzzi after a day outdoors! The condo was clean and well equipped with anything you'd need to cook in! Would defiantly return!

Great condo for larger groups

We loved staying here. We had a group of 7 adults which were easily accommodated in the group. We enjoyed cooking dinners here after a long day of skiing. Conveniently located in Avon and well represented by photos and prior reviews. Would absolutely stay here again.
