Our noble home was built in the 1850s. It is located on a quiet dead-end street within walking distance to town. Easily accessible are the movie theater, Reny’s, the P.O., coffee shop, book store, many restaurants and the distinctive shops and galleries of Damariscotta.

The house has been totally updated. There is a recently built first floor primary bedroom and bath with direct access to a screened porch and a private deck with gas grill. The washer and dryer are located in this new addition.

Downstairs is a large fully equipped kitchen with large frig, ice maker, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and table for 4. A large dining room seats 8. Two large living rooms create two separate seating areas, one with a TV. The house has very high speed wireless internet, great for working from home.

Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds, one with twin beds. One full bath serves these bedrooms. The house is fully furnished with bedding, sheets, towels, blankets and pillows provided.

A solar system provides extra electricity for the heat pumps and the EV charger in the garage.

Perfect location to reach other nearby attractions include Pemaquid Lighthouse and Beach, Hidden Valley Nature Center, Salt Bay Farm, oyster farm tours on the Damariscotta River, Damariscotta Lake, Boothbay Harbor, kayak rentals (they will deliver to your launching point), many hiking trails and Waterstruck Spa.

Once you are here, you really don’t need a car! You can walk most anywhere in town. If you do drive, there is parking for 4 cars. The garage and driveway hold 3 cars, one car can park to the right of the house. Please don’t park in the street.
