The open-concept living and dining area features LED lighting and stylish furnishings that exceed expectations. The bedroom offers a peaceful retreat, with captivating views at night and plenty of natural light through large windows, accented by warm wood details.
**Bedroom / Living Room**
The apartmentâs elegant design is complemented by carefully selected amenities and dĂ©cor, creating a welcoming ambiance. The second bedroom is located within the living room area, separated by large curtains for privacy.
**Sleeping Arrangements:**
The apartment can accommodate up to 16 guests with a total of 8 beds, including full-size bunk beds, queen beds, a king bed, and a sofa bed. For entertainment, there are 4K Smart TVs throughout. The second bedroom is within the living room area, separated by curtains.
**Kitchen & Dining**
The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and all the necessary tools for cooking.

Please be aware that oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage. Any large vehicles will be denied access at check-in in accordance with the Building Parking Policy.
Examples of vehicles that will be turned away during check-in include:
1. Vehicles with breathalyzer systems, makeshift or unreliable controls, or faulty brakes.
2. Large vehicles such as sprinter vans, long economy vans, or any vehicle that is 10 passengers or more, or exceeds the height limit of 6'8".
3. Dually trucks or service vehicles with wide wheel wells, lockers, or containers (these are difficult and unsafe to maneuver in the garage).
4. After-market lifted vehicles or those with oversized custom rims and tires.
5. Motorcycles or tricycles with non-car-type controls.
Pets are allowed based on their size, but please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet to prevent any cancellations. An additional cleaning fee per pet will apply as follows:
- For stays of 1 to 4 nights: $25 per night, per pet
- For stays of 5 to 29 nights: $200 per pet
- For stays of 30 nights or more: $300 per pet
Please note, the company is not responsible for any building maintenance or repair issues.
