Unlike most rentals, this North Myrtle Beach vacation rental condo comfortably sleeps 20 guest total - 18 guests in beds and 2 on sleeper sofa! There are 5 and a half baths in total, offering plenty of space for our guests.

-CHECK IN IS 4 P.M. CHECK OUT IS 10 A.M. (EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT UNAVAILABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS)
-MINIMUM RENTER AGE IS 25, PROOF OF AGE REQUIRED. Guest age 25 or older must be residing at the property for the duration of the stay.
-NON SMOKING Property
-No pets allowed (Building Policy)
-No Motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers allowed. Parking only available for 2 VEHICLES
-Daily housekeeping service is not provided
-One roll of toilet paper, dish soap and one roll of paper towels are provided in a starter bag.
-Open Seasonally (weather dependent) Usually May 1-September 30 but varies.

Policies:
-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.

-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

Our central location makes getting to the best attractions in town a breeze.  There is parking available for only 2 VEHICLES - please plan accordingly. Uber and Lyft are also readily available.

IMPORTANT: CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.

House Rules

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.

7. CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.
