Great stay by Our Golf Group

We had 8 guys stay at the condo for a 4-day golf trip to the Myrtle Beach area. The place was perfect for us - plenty of room, accommodations were great, the pool table was fun, plenty of TV's for watching sports.

Great trip

Plenty of room. We had a great trip, short walk to the beach, lots of parking. The management team was very responsive, Amanda took great care of us ensuring we had everything we needed.

Nice place

A group of 8 60-something golfers stayed here and the place was perfect for our purposes. The place was clean and well-appointed. Nothing was fancy, but we didn’t need fancy. We needed a nice place to stay and this was it.

Family getaway

The house was in good shape, plenty of room for all. Everything was just what we hoped it would be, the only thing that could have been better was the hot tub could have been cleaner, Would return!

OUR SUPER BOWL WEEKEND

Eleven of my golf buddies and I had a GREAT stay, the weather did not allow us to get in amy golf, but the Condo was great for just hanging out with the guys and watching the SUPER BOWL, this place is truly a GEM. Had such a great time at the condo, will try to booked this place for my family this summer.

Youth Group Beach Retreat

We had an excellent stay at this house. It was large enough to accommodate 14 teens and 4 adults. The property is a super short walk to the beach. It was clean and only a few minor issues (nothing tragic). We would definitely stay here again! A really good bang for your buck!

Loved it!

We loved our visit. Very close to the beach and in walking distance to shops. The housing layout was perfect for our 3 family party of 20. Plenty of space. The pool was perfect for little kids since it's shallow everywhere. We couldn't have picked a better place.

Great Family Getaway

We visited in winter. The property was easy to access (although the passcode was a little long ). The house was large with all the bedrooms quite spacious and plenty of bathrooms. Every room has a balcony! Also, the hot tub was great to have.

Awesome Property

Great house with large open areas. We loved all of big bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool table was loads of fun. Would def. stay here again. The property was awesome.

Great House!

There were 20 of us and house was a perfect fit for us. We stayed last year at the unit next door so we knew it would be great for us No complaints about the house but the beach was very crowded versus previous years.

Perfect Family Week

Location-1/2 block from the beach. Well equipped, clean unit with fully stocked kitchen and 2 refrigerators- everything you need for a large family. Large capacity washer and dryer. Best vacation rental we have ever had! Would definitely return.

Pictures are deceiving. The unit we rented was a mixture of the neighboring unit which was in muchbetter condition. The pool was falling apart, the patio was very dirty. The house is in need of some updates. The pool sticks were broken. The broom was gross. The refrigerator barely kept our items cold. The one bathroom exhaust fan is broken. The listing stated a grill and picture made you believe it was sized appropriately for a 20 person unit, however when we arrived there were two very small, falling apart charcoal grills. We had to go purchase a gas grill to accommodate our needs.The house was spacious enough for 9 teens and 9 adults to be comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The top two levels are in better shape than the other living spaces. The kitchen was stocked with most items needed to cook. Towels, bedding, and starting necessities were provided.

Relaxing!

Very nice…plenty of room to hang out. We enjoyed playing pool in friendly competition, soaking up some much needed hot tub time, games and great conversation around the table and family room. We loved the quick walk to the beach for a beautiful sunrise and afternoon spike ball. We explored much around the area…good shopping, food, ice cream and activities. It’s a great location and beautiful home.

Very nice size and location!

We really enjoyed staying here. It was a perfect size and great location. The only negative thing I would say is that it has very little essentials compared to other places we've stayed. For example we had to go out and buy toilet paper and garbage bags and there wasn't enough towels and wash clothes so we had to wash multiple times. Overall it was a great experience!! We would definitely stay again!!

The house is nice and perfect for a big family. Just a short walk to beach. We had trouble with the hot tube but they came right out and fixed it. The living room furniture needs updating but overall great family vacation.

GREAT LOCATION

Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants and more. Loved the beach being so close(less than a block away). Very spacious house and kitchen was stocked nicely for a rental . We had 23 and had plenty of room. Only negative is no bedroom on the main floor, was difficult for the grandparents to climb the stairs several times a day. We had a great time. Would rent again!!

The home is in a great location, with a great lay-out for a lot of people. Unfortunately, not only was it dirty, you needed to wear shoes in the house or your feet were dirty. The home did not match the pictures on line. The outside staircase is held up by rocks, the lining of the pool is separating, the fencing is falling apart. The pictures show six bar stools at the island, there are two. The furniture is stained and the arms of all pieces are worn and not holding their shape. The pool table is leveled by paper plates. The original pic shows about eight pool sticks, there were two and only one had a tip. So only one working one. The carpet on the stairs is very worn. There were palmetto bugs every morning in the living area. The blinds fell off the wall in one of the bedrooms when we weren't home. No molly bolts were used. This home is not taken care of at all. The outside furniture looks great in the VRBO pic but upon reality its very moldy. There should a wonderful grill, in realty two tiny charcoal, dirty grills existed.

Nice property

We had a few issues, but we called maintenance and they came out in a timely fashion. The check in was extremely late (4pm)and check out (10am)was extremely early, which made us feel like we overpaid. Besides those issues my family enjoyed our stay
