Great stay by Our Golf Group

We had 8 guys stay at the condo for a 4-day golf trip to the Myrtle Beach area. The place was perfect for us - plenty of room, accommodations were great, the pool table was fun, plenty of TV's for watching sports.

Nice place

A group of 8 60-something golfers stayed here and the place was perfect for our purposes. The place was clean and well-appointed. Nothing was fancy, but we didn’t need fancy. We needed a nice place to stay and this was it.

Youth Group Beach Retreat

We had an excellent stay at this house. It was large enough to accommodate 14 teens and 4 adults. The property is a super short walk to the beach. It was clean and only a few minor issues (nothing tragic). We would definitely stay here again! A really good bang for your buck!

OUR SUPER BOWL WEEKEND

Eleven of my golf buddies and I had a GREAT stay, the weather did not allow us to get in amy golf, but the Condo was great for just hanging out with the guys and watching the SUPER BOWL, this place is truly a GEM. Had such a great time at the condo, will try to booked this place for my family this summer.

Loved it!

We loved our visit. Very close to the beach and in walking distance to shops. The housing layout was perfect for our 3 family party of 20. Plenty of space. The pool was perfect for little kids since it's shallow everywhere. We couldn't have picked a better place.

Great House!

There were 20 of us and house was a perfect fit for us. We stayed last year at the unit next door so we knew it would be great for us No complaints about the house but the beach was very crowded versus previous years.

Great Family Getaway

We visited in winter. The property was easy to access (although the passcode was a little long ). The house was large with all the bedrooms quite spacious and plenty of bathrooms. Every room has a balcony! Also, the hot tub was great to have.

Perfect Family Week

Location-1/2 block from the beach. Well equipped, clean unit with fully stocked kitchen and 2 refrigerators- everything you need for a large family. Large capacity washer and dryer. Best vacation rental we have ever had! Would definitely return.

Relaxing!

Very nice…plenty of room to hang out. We enjoyed playing pool in friendly competition, soaking up some much needed hot tub time, games and great conversation around the table and family room. We loved the quick walk to the beach for a beautiful sunrise and afternoon spike ball. We explored much around the area…good shopping, food, ice cream and activities. It’s a great location and beautiful home.

Family Beach Trip

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was very spacious and was close to great fishing spots, stores and the beach!Really need some upgrades. The pool liner needs replacing. One corner was coming off. The hot tub was dirty with sand. The outside furniture was very dirty and trash was left behind from previous guests. The pool table and cues were damaged but we made do.

Very nice size and location!

We really enjoyed staying here. It was a perfect size and great location. The only negative thing I would say is that it has very little essentials compared to other places we've stayed. For example we had to go out and buy toilet paper and garbage bags and there wasn't enough towels and wash clothes so we had to wash multiple times. Overall it was a great experience!! We would definitely stay again!!

The house is nice and perfect for a big family. Just a short walk to beach. We had trouble with the hot tube but they came right out and fixed it. The living room furniture needs updating but overall great family vacation.

GREAT LOCATION

Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants and more. Loved the beach being so close(less than a block away). Very spacious house and kitchen was stocked nicely for a rental . We had 23 and had plenty of room. Only negative is no bedroom on the main floor, was difficult for the grandparents to climb the stairs several times a day. We had a great time. Would rent again!!

Family Christmas

Basically a good stay regarding location,parking and house overall, however needs more silverware, better internet service with local streaming access. Need wine glasses( they’re were none).

Nice property

We had a few issues, but we called maintenance and they came out in a timely fashion. The check in was extremely late (4pm)and check out (10am)was extremely early, which made us feel like we overpaid. Besides those issues my family enjoyed our stay

Our check in/out times are standard for the area, the reason for the times listed in your rental agreement is that these are large condos and it takes hours to make sure they are cleaned appropriately.
