This home had everything we needed! It is very spacious, but as a group of 13 we had to split up meals in the dining room and outside on the deck. The kitchen is EXTREMELY well stocked: dishware, cookware, tupperware and even some non-perishables. All appliances were clean and functional. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked with plenty of soap, shampoo and conditioner – however, they provide a “starter kit” of toilet paper (about 3 rolls per bathroom) so consider bringing extra as they do not provide more! Plenty of beds with clean and comfortable sheets, but no top sheet – just fitted sheet and comforter (like Europe) so if you like a top sheet, I recommend you request this in advance for the beds, as they did drop them off for our family. I will add here that management was extremely prompt with replies when I had questions or needed quick support! The house is just steps to the beach, comes with beach badges and lots of appropriate beach gear (plenty of chairs, an umbrella, beach toys for kids, a boogie board). Just bring your own beach towels! They even had little bikes and scooters in the garage for my little ones and games and toys in the basement! They also had a cornhole game which we enjoyed in the backyard. Great outdoor shower with hose and grill for BBQs. The only disappointment was that the deck, which had a view of the beach was only accessible through someone’s bedroom. FYI light sleepers: bring sleepmask and earplugs for sunlight and early AM train horn!
