This house was a great place for our family. There were toys for my kids a small pool table that my teen loved! It was close enough to the beach that we didn’t have to drive far. It was also close to downtown but not too close. We had a little issue getting into the house but the management company was easy to get a hold of and walked us thought unlocking the door! Overall I would definitely recommend this house! My family had a wonderful time!

The house was very clean and they had plenty of beds and plenty trash bags, dish soap, and laundry soap for us to use which is greatly appreciated. The 2 main bedrooms did look like they had a lot more room in the pictures than they actually did in person. The main disappointment of the stay was the wifi. A few of the adults needed it to work and it was not working. I texted the number that had been messaging me about the house, which is the same number that is on a sign under the TV that says to message for any problems. I messaged within the first 24 hours and no response to my message but they did message from that same number saying to message them at this number for any problems, so I messaged again right after I received that message and I never heard from them again.

We're sorry that the connectivity issue, and not getting a timely response when you reached out got in the way of an otherwise comfortable stay. Stay was ok. All beds had pieces of hair under the blankets. Som pillow cases and sheets were dirty and had stains. The bed room door to the left dodnt close. Had to lift it to close it. The cord with light bulbs outside had a short in it. When you touch it, it would shock you. Dryer takes long to dry clothes,. Had a hard time with the code given upon arrival. Was given another code that worked once. We had to leave the door unlock the whole trip. And on departure day called avantstay and was given 5 codes to try to lock the door and it didnt work. Had to leave the door unlock.
