Outdoor enthusiasts will find no shortage of activities nearby, from hiking, biking, and paddling adventures like kayaking and canoeing to exceptional trout fishing opportunities. The Toccoa Riverside Restaurant, Toccoa River tubing, and a family-friendly mini-golf center are all located within three miles. A scenic hiking trail leading to the breathtaking Fall Branch Falls is just one mile away, and the Benton MacKaye Trail is also easily accessible within the same distance. The property’s location provides quick access to downtown Blue Ridge, Ellijay, and several nearby wineries.

Keep in mind that the road to the property is unpaved and includes some steep sections. While most vehicles, including sedans, vans, and trucks, manage it without trouble, low-clearance vehicles, like sports cars, may not be suitable for the drive.
