Step inside the 2-level home to find rich hardwood floors and white wainscotting elegantly adorning the first-level great room. A soft, slip-covered sectional and 2 armchairs make up the living area—perfect for conversing with the group or hosting movie nights on the wall-mounted TV. The space flows effortlessly into the vast kitchen, featuring high-end appliances and a 4-stool breakfast bar for casual meals or quick bites. Adjacent is the dining room with an 8-person formal table for group dinners. *Per HOA Policy, all Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Homes are permitted one Low-Speed Vehicle per home. Homes with owner provided Low-Speed Vehicles are not permitted to rent an additional Low-Speed Vehicle.
