Welcome to Seabreeze, a 7th-floor retreat at Shores of Panama. This upgraded condo features tile floors, coastal decor, high-speed internet, and a private balcony with sweeping Gulf and pool views. With a fully stocked kitchen, open-concept layout, in-unit laundry, and resort-style amenities, it’s the perfect Panama City Beach getaway for families or groups.
Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Thoughtfully upgraded and designed with families in mind, Seabreeze offers a seamless blend of comfort and functionality. The open-concept floor plan includes a fully stocked kitchen with all major appliances, a designated dining area, and a spacious living room that leads to a private balcony overlooking the Gulf and resort pool. Coastal-inspired décor, brand-new tile flooring throughout, and high-speed internet create a clean and inviting environment for both short and extended stays.
This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation rental features:
Master Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo, Gulf views, and balcony access
Primary Guest Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo
3rd Bedroom: Private bunk room with twin-over-twin beds (no closet)
Common Area Sleeping Arrangements: Queen sleeper sofa in the living room
3rd Bathroom: Walk-in shower, located across from bunk hallway
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 8 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)
With a dedicated laundry closet featuring a full-size washer and dryer, cable TV in the main living area, and plenty of natural light throughout, this unit provides the perfect base for your Panama City Beach stay. Whether you're relaxing indoors or stepping out for a sunset stroll, Seabreeze is thoughtfully prepared to make your visit effortless and enjoyable.
Parking:
Parking passes and amenity packets (including your RFID wristbands) must be purchased through an online preregistration process. We will share a specific link for your unit reservation. Shores of Panama charges $85 (this price includes resort fee, bands and parking).
Those who register online will still need to pick up their packet from the concierge upon arrival. Upon initial arrival at Shores of Panama, utilize the portico (main building) entrance and display your QR code. The code will be scanned and your personal packet will then be provided. Display your parking pass on your dashboard for the entirety of your stay.
The garage height is less than seven feet and passage inside the garage is tight. If your car is at least 6 feet, 7 inches high, there is parking for oversized vehicles on the ground level only, but such spots are on a first come-first served basis. If you have any problems with onsite parking, feel free to contact Property Patrol.
Locate your 2 reserved parking spaces, on the 7th floor, labeled 721. If another car is parked in your reserved parking space, park in any space marked yellow and contact Property Patrol in the portico.
There is motorcycle parking in the 15-min parking area, small trailer parking is on the 12th floor. Property Patrol tries to keep the bikes centralized for security purposes.
If you have an additional vehicle, read the following carefully:
There are three primary paid parking lots on the beach operated by the City of Panama City Beach. These lots are located at 9941 Thomas Drive, 600 Henley Drive at Churchwell and Front Beach Road, and 11209 Front Beach Road at Richard Jackson Boulevard.
Beachgoers and residents of Panama City Beach can park and pay through the Passport Parking mobile app. Users must download the free Passport Parking app on their smartphones, create an account with a preferred method of payment, then provide the zone and vehicle license plate number.
Drivers can download the free Passport Parking app from the App Store and Google Play. Users can also manage their parking online at passportparking.com.
In addition to paying for parking, users can view their parking history and extend parking sessions remotely, so there’s no need to leave the beach! Effective October 1, 2022, parking is $2 per hour up to 6 hours or $12 for 24 hours. You may utilize these parking lots for a weekly rate of $84. If you have questions regarding the use of these lots, please contact the Public Works office.
