Guests must be 25+ to book this property.

Maximum occupancy: 10 guests.

No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the home, on the deck, or near the property.

No pets unless explicitly permitted in advance.

No parties or events without written approval.

Registered guests only unless approved beforehand.

Noise & Community Respect

Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM–7 AM.

Be mindful of noise when using the deck or arriving home late at night.

Safety

The home has 200 feet of river frontage—children must be supervised at all times near the water.

Wildlife (moose, fox, deer) is common. Never approach, feed, or leave food accessible outdoors.

Keep doors closed to prevent wildlife entry.

Parking

Maximum of 5 vehicles (2 in garage + driveway).

No street parking per county rules.

Do not block neighboring driveways or roadways.

Fireplaces

Two wood-burning fireplaces are available—please use responsibly.

Only burn provided or store-bought firewood.

Never leave a fire unattended.

Inside the Home

Remove dirty shoes or ski boots before entering carpeted areas.

Please use coasters and placemats to protect furniture.

Only toilet paper may be flushed—no wipes or hygiene products.

Roads and driveways can be snowy or icy.
